I had a wonderful stay here. The property is cosy, clean, well-decorated and very comfortable, with all the essentials provided. The terrace is lovely, the bed is comfy, the shower works perfectly, and the fly nets on the windows are a great touch. The street is peaceful with the sound of birds by day and crickets at night, and the neighbourhood feels very safe, even at night. Just a 2-minute walk away is a busy street with shops, cafés, fast food, and taxis. Check-in/out was smooth with a lockbox, which was super convenient during the day. The cleaning lady was warm and kind, even walking me to local shops. No WiFi, but you can buy cheap mobile data from an Orange store 10 minute walk away. Oussema is a fantastic host — always quick to reply and very helpful. Excellent value for money. I slept great every night and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Oussema!

We had a good time at Olfa's place. He was kind enough to pick us up at the Louage Station so getting to the apartment was a breeze. When we arrived he gave us a brief tour and left us with a nice plate of fruit. :-) Everything about our stay was fine and matched our expectations for an AirBnB in Tunisia. The WiFi and the A/C worked and we even had water 24/7, which is not always a given in Tunisia! Olfa was very responsive whenever we had any questions. The neighborhood is not all that exciting, but you can certainly find bakeries, cafés, shops, (small) supermarkets, and restaurants in the area and you can easily walk to some nearby beaches.

Hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Wir wurden stets nach unserem Wohlbefinden gefragt und es wurden auch Tipps für Restaurants und co gegeben. Saubere Wohnung und toller Aufenthalt. Einige Restaurants und Cafés fußläufig erreichbar. Bushaltestelle quasi vor der Tür. Einziger Negativpunkt ist leider der nahegelegenen Strand, der nach Abwasser stank und leider für Tunesien typisch auch sehr dreckig ist.

Nous y avons passé une nuit. L'emplacement est très centrale, surtout le soir si on veut se balader. La zone touristique est facilement accessible avec un taxi. L'appartement est bien adapté pour y passer quelques jours. On remercie Zizou pour sa gentillesse et disponibilité.

We only stayed one night, but the apartment was great for our purposes, and was clean and comfortable. It is right on the beach in an area that is still being developed. Communication and assistandlce fron Ahmed was excellent.

C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet appartement, et c’est toujours un plaisir ! L’appartement est impeccable, très bien équipé et conforme à la description. On s’y sent vraiment comme chez soi. Le quartier est calme, agréable et bien situé. Amine est toujours aussi accueillant, disponible et attentionné. Je recommande les yeux fermés et je reviendrai avec plaisir une troisième fois !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La villa est très spacieuse et agréable à de pas de la plage … Villa entièrement meublée avec soins, piscine entretenu tous les jours il ne manque rien pour passé un agréable séjour. Merci à Ramzi pour ça gentillesse et toujours disponible je recommande

Mon séjour chez Samy s'est trés bien passé, tout était clair et fluide. L'appartement spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. Samy est très actif. Je recommande vivement ce logement

Nous avons passé 1 semaine chez Catherine et le logement est totalement conforme à l’annonce. L’intérieur est un peu vieillot dans son style mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé, nous avons eu au contraire l’impression d’être en vacances dans une maison de famille. Tout est très spacieux, la cuisine bien équipée pour se concocter de petits plats « comme à la maison ». Mention spéciale pour le jardin où nous avons apprécié prendre nos petits déjeuners au milieu des magnifiques citronniers. L’emplacement est dans une rue calme mais très pratique d’avoir à proximité boulangerie, épiceries et primeurs et juste un peu + loin une crémerie avec du très bon fromage. La mer est à peine à 15 minutes à pieds avec de jolis coins à découvrir, plus sauvages qu’en se rapprochant du centre de Monastir. Si vous recherchez un lieu tranquille où passer du temps en vivant au rythme tunisien c’est le bon endroit, qui plus est avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Mehdi était présent quand nous avons eu besoin.

The villa offered the perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. It was close enough to local attractions and shops, yet secluded enough to provide a real sense of retreat. The host was exceptional.

L’appartement était parfait, propre, calme. Un petit parc juste en bas qui a ravit mon fils. Les piscine n’étaient pas fonctionnelles mais hors périodes donc normal. Nous avons passé un super séjour ! Prevoir une voiture car pas grand chose aux alentours mais cela permet d’etre au calme. Merci pour tout ! Une adresse qu’on garde 😁

Bel appartement idéal pour un couple, privé, avec vue sur la plage. Situé dans un endroit calme, il se trouve à seulement 5 minutes en voiture du meilleur restaurant de Mahdia.

Très beau séjour, nous reviendrons :) Juste 2 remarques: Entretien des climatiseurs nettoyage des filtres et des unités intérieures à cause des traces de moisissures. Changer le réfrigérateur qui est trop petit, il fonctionne mais le frigo était sans porte et générait de la glace ce qui rend l'espace du frigo encore minim.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet appartement à Sousse ! Le logement est impeccable sur tous les points : très bien équipé, décoré avec goût, extrêmement propre et parfaitement situé, à proximité de tout (plage, commerces, restaurants). L’immeuble est sécurisé, ce qui permet de se sentir en totale confiance. L’hôte a été exemplaire : très réactif, disponible, chaleureux et toujours prêt à donner de bons conseils pour découvrir la région dans les meilleures conditions. C’est vraiment un lieu que je recommande les yeux fermés, que ce soit pour un court ou un long séjour. J’y reviendrai sans hésiter lors d’un prochain passage à Sousse ! Encore merci pour cette belle expérience !

L'appartement est beau et hygiénique et la communication et la coordination étaient super. La mère de Nadia et Malek nous a gentiment accueillis. La vue sur la mer depuis le balcon est vraiment très belle et rend le séjour spécial. Merci à tous et meilleures salutations ! :) Riadh

Je recommande à 100%, on a passé 11 jours exceptionnel dans ce bel appartement, propre, spacieux avec tout le confort. Mohamed et son père on été très gentils et serviable. Mohamed est un hôte sérieux et et très réactif. La terrasse est magnifique avec une vue incroyable. Commerces à proximité bref au top !

Christoph was amazing from the start to finish. He was welcoming and always available if we needed anything. We both felt like we were at home and will stay again in the future. Thankyou!!
