Amazing place. Fell in love with it at first sight. The area is walkable and very alive at all times; has good options to dine in. You have everything you need in and out of the place. I also recommend taking a day trip on the boats to Kuriat Island. Rafik was very responsive and gave detailed instructions for the check in. Thank you once again for the stay and hospitality!

The apartment is located on the most popular and lively street in the city – a perfect location! There are many cafés, shops, and attractions around, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away. The apartment itself was beautiful and exactly like the photos.🥰😍 It was very clean and well-equipped. We were pleasantly surprised by all the thoughtful extras provided: bath sponges, toothbrushes and toothpaste, toilet paper, cleaning and laundry products, shampoos, cotton buds, and different room sprays that made the apartment smell amazing at all times. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and caring – he checked in with us regularly to see if everything was okay and responded very quickly to our messages. We stayed for two weeks during our holiday and wedding, and we couldn’t have picked a better place. I wouldn’t change a thing. Amazing apartment, amazing location, amazing host – highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We were warmly welcomed. The apartment was very nice. The apartment is ideal for families with 2-3 children. The apartment has heating, air conditioning and hot water (even at night). Although we had always eaten out in good restaurants, pots and dishes would be available. The apartment is located in the upscale neighborhood. The old mosque, the sea as well as the center are nearby. Outdoor parking spaces are available. For guests without a car, taxis pass every minute. Apartment is quiet. We had 1-2 private challenges in Monastir during our vacation, the host went out of his way to support us, had solutions and was helpful. All in all, I have to say since I know Monastir relatively well and had stayed there for some time in my young years, I would recommend the apartment immediately for the above reasons. This is a lovely apartment, clean, well equipped and nicely furnished. It is a 20 minute walk into the medina, and there are restaurants and shops nearby. Happy to recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at Skander’s Airbnb! The location is perfect — just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by great coffee shops, cafes, and restaurants. The apartment itself was exactly as pictured: very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. It was also just a short taxi ride to both the Medina and the bay, making it easy to explore. Skander was an exceptional host — super friendly, relaxed, and incredibly responsive. He also gave me a heads-up about the Feast of Eid so I could stock up on groceries in advance, and adjust plans to suit, which was really appreciated. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Dar rim is a daydream in one of the best destinations in Tunisia The location is perfect, the house thought out, furnished and decorated with great taste and elegance, a real homage to Tunisian craftsmanship. The house is very well-equipped and allows you to have a great stay with family or several couples of friends

The accommodation was not only comfortable and impeccably clean, but also very well equipped, offering all the necessities to have a good time in peace. Zizou's apartment was clean and fresh on arrival and had everything you could possibly need including full size cooker and quality A/C. Fab location 40m from beach and within easy walking distance of literally every one of Mahdias main attractions Our host was the best part of our whole Tunisian holiday. He went above and beyond repeatedly to ensure we had the best possible experience of his hometown. Hope to visit again and expect to be friends with the family long into the future. Amazing stay! The flat is absolutely perfect … very clean, well-equipped, and close to everything you might need. What truly stood out was the host’s kindness and flexibility. I arrived three hours later than planned due to road conditions, and the host waited patiently to hand me the keys in person. That level of service is rare and truly appreciated. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Monaco Residence in Sousse with my friends, and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by (Samy) whose kindness and gentle hospitality made us feel instantly at home. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view .
