Emma had made a real effort to make this apartment a great experience with lots of little touches. Very new and clean

From start to finish our stay was very enjoyable, Phil was very responsive to messages and even came to help us with the TV that had some issues and was super friendly. The apartment was spacious and ample for us both with a large shower which was helpful with my knee i had twisted. The appartment was a short drive from the seafront or was told around a 20min walk. Its also so close to local shops, public transport and a good proper english pub that was super cheap compared to the prices i am used to back home. I think the only things that i would change would be the towel sizes, bath sheets would of been wonderful. The other thing i would change would be to concrete or put slabs from the gate to the door, trying to get 2 massive suitcases filled with 2 weeks worth of clothing to the front door was a little bit of a stuggle and not being able to wheel them on the gravel path. Overall I would come back and highly recommend others to stay here. Great value, great host!! Thank you 😊

What an amazing find; the boat house is spacious, comfortable, extremely clean and has everything we needed. Paula and Sue are really helpful and it was a pleasure to meet them. We were very impressed by their cycling and swimming exploits! The views from the balcony are superb and the village has everything we needed for a relaxing break. We spent a long time gazing at the sea from there and the little bench on the front. We even went to the community cinema which was wonderful. Loved the Boathouse, loved the village, loved the area. Yvonne welcomed us to her lovely little annex. The parking was great and safe for our little car. The room was light and beautifully decorated. Yvonne responded very quickly to any queries. We enjoyed our stay and it was very convenient for meeting up with our friends.

We had a lovely few days and the apartment was lovely and thank you for the welcome pack as well. Deffo come back.Could do a mirror in the bedroom and the mattress was al little uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful stay here and Michelle is a fantastic host. She is quick to respond, friendly and very flexible. The place had everything you needed including a lovely shower, comfortable beds and a secluded outdoor space filled with trees and birdsong! Just around the corner you can access the canal for wonderful walks. We would have no hesitation in recommending this place and will definitely be returning!

Lynne's place was absolutely fabulous! A small but perfectly fitted out dwelling. Everything you would need for a short stay (a week easily)was provided. The bunk beds were very comfortable and we both slept very well. Lynne was a very accomodating and friendly host too and went above and beyond to make us welcome. The location is splendid too. Highly reccomended.

Had a great couple of days here. Great central location with lots of pubs and places to eat. Easy to drive into The Dales for walks and Heather was a great host. Sweetcorn is a clean and cosy flat on the main road, pub directly next door and one across the road, both dog friendly 🙂. Car park is really close as well which was handy.

One of the best AirBnBs we have stayed in. The flat was immaculate being brand new - but very tastefully done. The apartment is on the third floor so there are stairs but they are wide. The street doesnt have great kerb appeal but inside everything was immaculate from the well equipped kitchen to the nice bathroom with a very good shower. Dale was extremely responsive. I think we might have been the first guests but everything worked perfectly and we felt very comfortable and immediately relaxed after a stressful funeral. We would definitely stay again. One thing to improve would be to widen the access to the driveway - it was a little tricky getting the car into the very narrow parking space. Parking on the street was easier but parking on the street is a bit limited - which is the case all over town in summer time.

Lovely stay in a beautiful town. The Loft was cute and surprisingly spacious. Alison was very communicative, offering recommendations and being clear on instructions. The nearby surroundings had brilliant restaurants and pubs, so I'd highly recommend both The Loft and Cartmel.

Richard went out of his way to welcome us and to cater to our requests. The flat is lovely, just as portrayed in the advert. Big and spacious. Definitely recommend to others.

A lovely, very well-equipped apartment within easy walking distance of the village centre. It has absolutely everything you could need and so many thoughtful touches including a welcome pack. Plenty of parking and Elle was a fabulous host!

Great space to stay in for 3 nights on way up to Scotland. Exactly as shown in pictures and very clean. Shower powerful and plenty of hot water and towels. Plenty of space and beds comfortable. Morecambe Bay; lovely to walk along promenade or near sandy beaches. Blackpool nearby and fun to visit. Good local walks nearby (recommended walks in entrance hall very helpful). Would stay here again if passing through. Thank you for a great stay!

We just stayed here for 2 nights as the wife was swimming the Coniston end to end and it was perfect. Well under 10 miles from Coniston, so close enough, it’s in an ideal location with a fabulous pub just across the road as well. Driveway is small, so be aware, but plenty of roadside free parking and our Renault Clio was fine parked on the drive to give you an idea. Read the arrival instructions fully before arriving and you’ll be fine. Everything was perfect and at a great price as well. Decent base for exploring the South end (and further) of the Lakes and we will return. Thank you!

This place is a great spot to stay! It’s super convenient to get around on public transport. It’s right across the street from the beach, so you can just stroll over and enjoy the sand and surf. The host is absolutely lovely! They’re so friendly and responsive, you’ll feel right at home.

the stay was really good felt like home,kids were really happy & so we're we.. ONLY Disliked the checkout time & wasn't allowed to use hottub after 10pm

Patrick’s apartment is a great place in a stunning location, with everything you need for your trip away. The place is ideal for friends looking for a couple of nights away. I would highly recommend and hope to return for another stay.

My partner and I were up for a break from work - arrived feeling stressed and left feeling happier. The hot tub was a lovely treat, rooms were lovely, decor was modern and cozy, and the location cannot be beaten.

Nick was very helpful at all times, very quick responding to any questions I had! Very easy to find, easy to get in and out of rooms with the instructions. The 2 separate rooms worked really well for us! Lovely stay and great location

Only stayed for 1 night but it was a lovely stay! The location was perfect and so relaxing with the stream at the end of the garden. Just short of a 10 minute walk to Main Street where there were some lovely pubs with excellent food so we had everything we needed for our stay! The hot tub was a nice touch too and already heated for us so we didn't have to do anything apart from get in and chill! Would definitely visit again. Thanks Phil!

Had an amazing weekend. apartment was an ideal base for us between the north and south piers. it was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed. this place really did tick all the boxes. can't fault anything in the apartment or Laura herself who's communication has been great the whole weekend. can't recommend enough and we will absolutely be back in the future!

Lovely stay!! We came for something a little different for NYE and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a little bit tricky to find in the dark/rain & wind but once we found our house it was beautiful inside! Comfy beds and lovely bathrooms, very modern. Hot tub had a great view of the country side. Only downside I would say is once you’re in the hot tub there is no where to put your things such as towel or drinks. This has not put us off as we are thinking of rebooking sometime in the summer!
