I am really thrilled, everything was 100 percent right. A nice little apartment in a nice house. Very quiet and just perfect for me. I can recommend this apartment.

Great environment. A place to feel good. Heike is a very attentive hostess. Always accessible and always kind. You can tell that she wants her guests to be well. I always like to come back.

We visit our family in Bochum regularly. And by chance, we came across Michael and Conny's apartment. Everything is a wonderful fit for us. In the basement you can also park bicycles which are just too ideal for extensive tours in the excellent bike path network. We'll be back later in the year.

nice and comfortable apartment, with good bed and well equipped kitchen (no pepper, salt and oil!). Everything within walking distance, public transport, Marienhospital, shopping street. Private parking was nice. Ramona was very quick to respond, and helped with any questions or concerns. i will be back if I need to be in Herne!

We had a very nice long weekend at Christian's. The accommodation is fantastic, the location perfect for activities and the communication flawless. We would have liked to have stayed longer. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We only slept in the accommodation because I have relatives in the area. But the apartment is spacious, everything you need was available. Electric shutters in the living room, kitchen and bedroom. Nice welcome with fresh fruit and sparkling water (arrival day was a holiday). Quiet area. Shopping nearby. At our next family reunion, we will book with Yodthian again

We had a fantastic stay with Sandra and Michael. Very friendly, attentive and helpful owners, who take great care of their guests. Impeccably clean apartment, fully equipped, and also with a personal shade. A complete kitchen is taken care of to the last detail and with everything you need to cook. Cozy living room and beautiful bedroom with a comfortable bed. The bathroom is also very clean, with a spacious shower and all kinds of hygienic products. The apartment is located in a very quiet location with its own parking. Both the apartment as the owners deserve all the stars of heaven! We recommend this apartment to anyone!

We were super satisfied with our stay. The apartment was clean, and most importantly warm! The host is friendly and proactive, and went out of their way to get us new internet after some road work cut it for the building - not their fault or responsibility, and they still made sure we have a stable internet. Also checked up on us and whether we need any other amenities. If we visit Bochum again, this would be our choice.

a great apartment in which we felt right at home. Johannes explained everything in great detail at check-in, everything was as described and really easy to find. The apartment is in a great residential area, absolutely quiet. The basic equipment with oil, vinegar, spices, tea, coffee and water is also great. By car (which we used) you can get to many great excursion destinations super fast. We can fully recommend the apartment and also the great Ruhr area!

Heinz and Monica are nice people. Upon arrival, they offered us a bottle of wine, in our case a bottle of white and a bottle of red. During our stay we had regular contact, about everyday and personal things. You can tell that they are hospitable people: there is activity all day on the property, in the vegetable garden, by the sheep, the llamas. We could sit outside on our private terrace. We stayed an extra day. It won't be that nice this vacation anymore.

Everything great, only small drawback of the TV, if you plan to watch something you should bring a laptop with HDMI cable to be able to watch something on the TV. (YouTube and co.) Otherwise, everything was great and I was very satisfied.

A very large and super-equipped apartment in a good location with two very special highlights: a whirlpool - and a private cinema with four comfortable armchairs, Netflix access, a large screen and great sound. The location is also great: In a few minutes' walk you can reach the nearest subway station and a shopping center, yet it is very quiet. I was there by bike, and the apartment was the perfect starting point for trips to the Zollverein mine, the Nordsternpark in Gelsenkirchen and other interesting places. The communication with Lucas was great, fast response times and help with questions/problems at any time. If I am drawn back to the area, I would like to stay here again as a guest!

Christoph's service was really wonderful. He was attentive to us at all times and for anything we needed. The apartment is beautiful, everything is very carefully thought out to the millimeter and very well thought out for anyone. The house is really cozy. The lighting is very relaxed with those views of the terrace. Without a doubt, my mother and I rested and relaxed as much as we needed. The jacuzzi is amazing. We had a very nice experience. We felt very comfortable with Christian and his family. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, we were more than adequately supplied with coffee and if something is missing, Christian is immediately on the spot. The whirlpool is a real hit, everything is lovingly furnished and clean. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings and large windows. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, freshness of the bed linen and a comfortable bed. The blinds in the bedroom were very useful, thanks to them I was able to sleep. The good pressure in the shower was also pleasing. The kitchen was disappointing. There was no dishwasher, although it was listed in the amenities. We were looking for a place with an equipped kitchen, so that we could cook during our five-day stay. A kitchen without a dishwasher is a thing of the past. Half a day spent washing dishes is not an option for those who intend to cook their own food. The refrigerator was even more disappointing - it was slightly cooler than the air in the kitchen. No freezers were found at all. To cool the drinks, we turned the regulator to the maximum, then loaded the purchases, and by evening all the products were frozen. We had to throw out all the greens, vegetables and buy again. At the same time, we had to buy a sharp knife and a grater. If you eat exclusively outside the house, the location is excellent, a bunch of cafes. With parking, you'll be lucky.

The apartment is awesome! Everything is very clean, the amenities are great! Everything you need! I only had to take half of my things from home, because everything was available. Whether in the kitchen or the bathroom. We don't need to talk about the bathroom. It's pure luxury. You can always find a parking spot nearby. It's quiet. Nice neighbors. Public transport is nearby. You can get anywhere fast. And there are also shopping facilities nearby. Dirk was very nice and always available. Everything wonderful.
