We stayed here to be close to family for Christmas. Host decorated the outside for Christmas which was nice. Home was cozy and had everything we needed and more. Host was responsive, kind, and made sure we were comfortable. Very good experience. Will book again!

Corinna is very friendly and outgoing. She is more than happy to recommend activities and restaurants. She has thought of everything that someone would need or want and then goes ABOVE that. (I LOVED the heated toilet seat!) Everything is as represented in the pics and is in pristine condition. We were here for 4 nights during a get-away to see the area and visit with an elderly uncle. We enjoyed the hot tub and took the paddleboat out. I wish we would have stayed longer to have more time to enjoy hanging out at the house. I hope to come back to La Casita soon.

2nd visit and just as good as the 1st visit. Very well appointed, with everything needed for a nice visit. Animals on farm are just a bonus for hours of enjoyment.

Loved it and 100% would stay again. The cottage is as advertised in a beautiful and peaceful complex. Has an awesome little dog park with plentiful outdoor seating and activities. Zenia does well on getting the small details right with the cottages being stocked with everything you’ll need.

We are so happy we chose Dardens cabin as our spot to reset and relax. We work a lot and rarely get a chance to take time for ourselves and we were definitely due. My favorite part was being able to sit in the screened in patio, read a book and enjoy the beautiful nature outside while my boyfriend cooked on the grill. This place did exactly what we needed it to do and would definitely come back again.

This cottage was a peaceful retreat surrounded by beautiful, natural scenery. It’s incredibly quiet and relaxing—perfect for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy some time in nature. Bird watchers will especially appreciate this spot; we saw a variety of birds right outside our door. The small farm setting was charming, with a few horses and chickens adding to the peaceful atmosphere. It’s also a great place if you're traveling with pets—plenty of open space and a safe, welcoming environment. The host was fantastic—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. All in all, a serene getaway that we’d happily return to.

A cute cottage. We felt comfortable and safe. The keurig and coffee pods were a nice touch. We enjoyed our coffee on the screened back porch.

Our 2nd one month stay at this lovely cottage. It's an excellent location on a channel to access Lake Henderson. Perfect for bass fishing. The home is clean and comfortable. It's spacious and was perfect for 2 couples. The kitchen is organized and well stocked . We enjoyed the patio, particularly the newly installed gazebo which provided shade during sunny days. The view from the patio is relaxing and perfect for sunrises. Home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It's an easy 3 mile ride down 44 sidewalk to get to the Withlachoochee Bike Trail. Spent many hours fishing. Every Monday we'd make the the 45 minute drive to the Webster Flea Market (excellent stop for produce) then stop for lunch at Big Bass Grill on Lake Panasoffkee. Easy drive to Winn Dixie. Would absoulutely stay again,

Nice location and great communication!! Very pleased with our stay.

Highly recommend the apartment, nice backyard directly at the water. Beautifully renovated bath- and bedrooms. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals. Hosts were reachable and very supportive. Perfect for a weekend-escape into the green!

Great little place for our little vacation

We had a wonderful weekend at Breanna’s place! Breanna was so responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our peaceful evenings sitting out on the deck watching the family of otters in the water below. We will definitely be back!

I don't know where to begin! This home is perfect for a getaway. It's cute, comfortable, in a nice quiet neighborhood and has the private dock. We were there almost two weeks and I could have stayed longer. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch and out on the dock to do some fishing and just take in the local nature. Julie made recommendations on things to do in the area. Inverness is a very nice little city with about anything you can think of to do, not to mention the things to do within 30-60 mins. My bottom line is I highly recommend staying here! I bet you'll feel just like we did when we left.. sad it was time to go. But we will be back! :) Five star host!

Loved using the Kayaks ! Beautiful area! Visiting family close by , the home had everything we needed to have Thanksgiving!

Kathy's Guesthouse is exactly as listed. We stayed here over the weekend and visited Rainbow Springs. We had a great time, and Kathy's place is clean, cozy, and only 10 minutes away from the Springs. We would stay here again!

It was a cute clean home with all the extra stuff you may forget. It was great.

Charming and comfortable. Lots of attention to detail in the tasteful decorating. Has every convenience needed for a pleasant stay. Great location for walking to the town center. Stacey was very responsive to my special needs. Excellent host and lovely property. Surely will stay again when in town.
