The Gulf of Mexico is just 14 miles to Crystal River which has a nice local beach. Scalloping and Manatee watching and much more to do in Citrus county. Orlando and Disney are just a little over an hours drive.

The Sunrise Retreat offers a peaceful space to enjoy nature and outdoor activities. You'll have access to the boat dock where you can launch kayaks and canoes. Boats and other water craft can be launched from the public boat ramp close by and anchored at the house dock for the length of your stay. This property has direct access to multiple lakes prime for bass fishing. Bring your boat and launch from the private community boat ramp or public ramp and dock up at our dock house. We are located one mile from downtown Inverness and its shops, restaurants, parks, and bike trails.

Privately gated 1950s fishing cottages on beautiful Lake Hernando We have 5 cottages on the same property all of which share the lake area, fire pit, lounge chairs, hanging chairs and our boat dock. We have two dogs on the property; Moose a Doberman and Milo a Frenchie. Both are very friendly with all dogs/guest if you see them
