Location, location, location! When visiting Florida a central location is vital to being able to see all that Florida has to offer. Our newly built home in 2025 is located on a quiet street in Citrus Springs and makes an excellent home base. Our home is minutes from Rainbow Springs and Three Sisters Springs for a swim with the manatees. A daytrip to the beach is just minutes from our home and a trip to Disney is just a car ride away. Many excellent dining options are all located nearby as well!

This unique quarry side house has a spectacular view of a unique part of Florida. This 2/2 fits 8 people comfortably along with a large yard front and back for outdoor activities. The king master suite has an en suite bathroom along with a queen fold out couch. The kids room has two twin beds. The living room has a queen fold out couch bed. Every room features a TV. Will accept parties, this property has plenty of room for gatherings. The back porch area features tons of seating and tables.

The Hernando Lake House

Relax our Lake House. The water touches the back yard and the lake is loaded with Bass and many other fish. Relax in the living room falling asleep for afternoon naps while gazing at the serenity of the water. The house is quiet and set up for some nice long weekends. The Gulf of Mexico is just 14 miles to Crystal River which has a nice local beach. Scalloping and Manatee watching and much more to do in Citrus county. Orlando and Disney are just a little over an hours drive.
