Such a gem of a space! Within walking distance to the water, coffee, food and shopping, this was perfect for our little getaway. Comfy beds and so many extra amenities, this home was very clean and such a fun vibe. The host was so kind when I was confused about something that was totally user error. I would absolutely return. My only complaint was not booking for longer.

This house was amazing! Even better than the pictures! Dimitris was great with communication and providing suggestions for the area. Sean (co-host) was on site when we arrived and walked us through everything in the home. The entire stay he was just a text or phone call away and it was great! Only slight issue was the previous guest smoked in the home so the floors were a little sticky and dirty from whatever the cleaners used to get rid of the smoke odor. Besides that, the place was clean and perfect! They even offered a bottle of wine for the floor troubles (thank you!) - we enjoyed the pool the 1st day we were there and did not need the heater. But we felt it the days after, and I recommend purchasing the heating if you plan to use it during this time of year. (we only used the pool the 1st as we were out exploring the other days). My family of 4 (two daughters 3 and under) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jonna's place! Was the perfect size for our needs, and Jonna was extremely accommodating to our requests including getting a 2nd travel crib for us to use during our stay. Jonna was extremely responsive in communication throughout, and gave us great tips for the area since it was our first time there as a family. The place is well situated as it's just a ~5 minute walk to the beach, multitude of walkable restaurants, near the grocery store for required store runs, and a short drive between two parks with playgrounds. All in all, would highly recommend this place for young families and would look to stay here again if we visit in the future. Thanks for a wonderful time, Jonna!

John took us in when we lost our house in the palisades fire. I’ll never forget the kindness he showed us at this difficult time. His home made us feel at home. It was safe, neat and right in the heart of Manhattan beach. This is a 10/10 and I can’t wait to come back. Thank you John for your kindness and allowing us into your wonderful home. We had a blast

Beautiful and luxurious place. Great location. Easy communication. I absolutely loved my stay at Chaim's place. The house is stunning. The rooms are well furnished and the beds are very comfortable and of high quality. The rooftop adds the perfect touch to the rest of the house. Communicating with Chaim was very easy, and Chaim was accommodating: he allowed for us to check-in 2 hours early. The house is a few steps from the beach and Manhattan Beach main street. I will be back!

I live in Santa Monica just 5 minutes drive - I needed a place for my parents to stay last minute for a visit. My mother and father are extremely picky and not normally the Airbnb types. They absolutely adored everything about the place and are already asking me to book for when they come back with more family over thanksgiving. The house is on one of the most amazing streets in Santa Monica (maybe even LA) - a walk to the beach, a bike to Montana, a 15 min ride to Malibu - its perfect. The house is super chic and incredible decorated and equipped with everything you would need for your time in LA (including a gorgeous frame tv and boogie boards :). I highly recommend this place if you want a true LA experience with comfort and style!

Perfect location in Manhattan Beach. Walked on Strand and beach every day. Very quiet and walking distance to great restaurant too!

I have been back many times. It started great a couple of years ago and only got better. Travis is an incredible host. Friendly, responsive, professional, and helpful. The patio is the perfect spot to enjoy a sundowner and the action of HB Pier is close enough and far enough away. We will hopefully get a chance to be back many times more.

Great place to stay in the heart of downtown MB. Quick walk to the beach, MB pier, and great restaurants. The place was very comfortable and clean. Hosts were responsive and really cared about our stay!

I absolutely loved my two day stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t be more perfect, just a block from the beach, which made for the most soothing and peaceful morning walks along the strand. It was the ideal way to start each day. The home is nestled right between Manhattan Beach and downtown El Segundo, so you're just minutes from some of the best coffee shops, restaurants, and little local gems in either direction. The space itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The bed deserves a special shoutout, so many soft, plush pillows and a super comfy mattress made it feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. I truly slept like a baby every night. Highly recommend this place!

Bradley’s place was in a perfect location. We felt safe walking to and from the home and everything was walkable! The restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, the local grocery store, and the beach! Bradley’s dad met us when we arrived at 3am via uber. He was the most welcoming, sweet and accommodating man. He helped us get in, showed us around and gave some recommendations for our stay. He even had a sweet gift for my daughter, knowing we were there to celebrate her birthday. The place was great! Clean and plenty of room. Stocked perfectly for our needs. Upon checkout, Robert (Brad’s dad) met us to say goodbye and gave us a bag he prepared filled with of treats for the girls for the plane ride. Truly, Robert is a blessing! My daughter and her friend said this was the best trip they have ever been on and meeting Robert was a big piece of that. Hoping to make our way back in the near future! Can’t say enough about the wonderful hospitality!

This place is definitely worth the pay it was only a 2 min walk from the room! I would definitely recommend to my other friends for future trips!!

Thank you Phil! I grew up in Los Angeles. A lot has changed in this neighborhood since 2008. Pros: 1. Great walking score! (beach city parking can always be stressful just don’t even bring a vehicle) 2. You can see the ocean/sunset from the side walk (less than 5 min walk to the actually sandy beach) 3. Great restaurants, hot yoga classes, small grocery store, bike rental, laundry all within a 15 min walk—to name a few things. 4. Clean/well stocked. 5. Host lives upstairs in a separate unit, same building and you get tons of privacy. 6. Convenient Gas Station (1 minute walk) 7. Comfortable King Size Mattress, clean bedding with no clutter of throw pillows 8. Peaceful- despite being near a gas station and busy main street. Cons: 1. Parking ( don’t bring a large vehicle, leave your car at home and just Uber). 2. None. You won’t want to be cooped up in the Airbnb you can walk to the beach… enjoy a sunset, have a beach picnic, the possibilities are endless.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

This place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Beach access was also great to have very close by! It was great being able to fall asleep with the sound of the waves! Amazing air bnb to stay at!

Great location, walking distance to Abbot Kinney Boulevard which was fantastic with great food and drink options. Anita communicated well and we would recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice Beach!!

Luis provided a very nice and organized condo to stay at. I needed a place to stay near the Long Beach Convention Center, and this location was ideal! The condo inside was very organized and ready to go. The key fab made the condo feel very private, and I could relax when coming back to sleep. Overall, very nice place and comfortable for staying near the Long Beach Convention Center.

The stay was very comfortable & homey. Great kitchen & living room space. Big bedroom with washer and dryer. Much bigger in person than it looks on the app. I recommend this play for a quiet getaway & subtle experience. Very quiet and peaceful, plus the hosts were great. Very responsive and proactive, answered any and all questions I had quickly.

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!

I had a great stay at Shant’s place! Everything was as described, the place was clean, and communication with Shant was easy! I would definitely recommend!
