Impeccable accommodation. However, for winter, as today in January, central heating (in the living room) is available and works to heat, but the bathroom and bedroom heating does not work (to be repaired and checked for the next vacationers). Otherwise, overall the location and the apartment are peaceful, and we are satisfied for a short stay. Thank you ☺️

Ahmed's apartment is great! Lots of light, very airy and always a breeze from the sea. Comfortable with all you need and walkable to the Medina, down town, the Marina, and almost anywhere you'd want to go. Ahmed is a great host, friendly and a great communicator. We had a great stay in this apartment! Communication with the host was clear and prompt, which greatly facilitated our arrival. He was very respectful and warm, taking the time to explain everything we needed to know. The apartment is bright, perfectly equipped and impeccably clean. With two personal beds and a double bed, it is ideal for a group of 4 people. Highly recommend this accommodation:))

This house is in a great location and full of homely comforts to make it a lovely stay. Seconds from the beach and a few minutes from the nearest shops/restaurants. Beautiful bedrooms, living area and kitchen with all the gadgets. Everything that is needed is on hand and communication with Mohamed was always quick ad efficient. A great house!

The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I had a great stay and made many great memories here! I rented the place for 2 months. The location is good, very walkable and accessible to taxi service as well! Everything I needed was close by. I did some other travels from here and felt very secure in leaving belongings behind. The building is very secure! Any issues I had were dealt with promptly and Habib was quick to respond and very polite and kind! I would definitely return to this nice, beach side location! I did alot of cooking here and found that the kitchen was well stocked with all the basics! Overall, a fantastic experience!😁 Thanks Habib

We enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely apartment with a large balcone overlooking the port. I can honestly say the view is more beautiful than the pictures. The flat is spotless clean consists of comfy beds, powerful hot water, microve, Tv satellite with hundreds of international channels, washing machine and so on and so on. The host Nejat is a super host, trustworthy, friendly and vey kind answering any question you may have. This was by far the best Airbnb I've stayed at in Tunisia. It's even better than in the photos, very clean, comfortable, and perfect for both relaxing and working remotely. The bed is excellent, and the apartment is in the best area of Sousse, surrounded by lots of cafés and restaurants. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. They welcomed me personally, showed me around the apartment, and even took me to the bus station at the end of my stay. I'll definitely book the same place again when I return to Sousse. Highly recommended!
