Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Hereford

We had a lovely stay for a couple of nights in Kimberley's house. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet at night, the kitchen had everything we needed, and our son liked the downstairs playroom. I'd not even heard of a bluetooth mirror before, but it made a sing-along in the shower easy (or, just listening to the morning news)! Kim offered helpful advice in the run-up to the booking (even though I'd only booked the day before), and checked in with us to ensure everything was in order. The house was clean throughout. We'd happily stay again the next time we're in Hereford (if it's available).

Our second time here and just as special! Joe is so kind and thoughtful - he leaves you a lovely welcome pack including bread, eggs, milk, jam, cereal etc. The cottage is stunning and so peaceful, the outdoor space is fantastic with the hot tub overlooking the stunning gardens and woodland. Would recommend The Black Horse for their burgers and views over the Cotswolds, and Henry’s Bakehouse for brunch. Ernie the dog is also super friendly and a welcome visitor! 🐾 Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Only a one night stay but was a very peaceful and cosy night. Everything was immaculate when we arrived. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The grounds on which we stayed were gorgeous and very nice to walk around. Would definitely stay again.

I recently booked this Airbnb for a birthday getaway for my boyfriend and I. Sarah was absolutely brilliant to deal with from the initial booking, to arranging balloons and a banner for my boyfriend and also providing us with clear instructions for how to get to the property the day before. The property itself was completely stunning and had everything we needed for a few days away. The place was clean, well equipped, modern and a joy to stay at this weekend. I would highly recommend booking Sarah’s property and would definitely opt to book again myself if I was in the area.

A beautiful garden flat. Ideally situated for access to the beautiful Malvern Hills. Also Lisa left some amazing produce to make a fantastic breakfast. Overall a superb stay - highly recommended experience!

A rejuvenating place that felt like staying in someone's warm (not just in temperature) and characterful home. We enjoyed feeling relaxed here from the moment we arrived. The surrounding fields and orchard with a river running through it was idyllic day and night. I was rewarded for being awake by the sounds of tawny owls calling back and forth. Thanks Jim and Sally for the little touches and thoughtful hosting.

Absolutely idyllic space. Views superb. Access to double bed is a ladder so might not suit everyone. We loved it.

Eleanor was the perfect host! Her place was immaculate and stylishly decorated and furnished to a high quality. Exactly what you need for a short or long break to The Malvern Hills and/or local area. Was a great check in with John who gave clear instructions and a brief intro to the apartment. It’s an historic building nestled in a beautiful secluded spot but immediately accessible to Stroud including a walkable supermarket. We were treated to a brass band on Sunday morning from the park bandstand opposite! Comfortable and cosy interior perfect for our short stay. John was the perfect gentleman and host

Victoria's property is exquisitely decorated and furnished throughout. The location is perfect for a short stroll into the town centre and access to the disused railway walking trail opposite. The living room is large and very light and airy with a high ceiling. Although at first floor level, the back door opens out onto a lovely enclosed garden. Ideal for our dog. Above all, we were very surprised as to how peaceful and quiet the location was. Thoroughly recommend it, couldn't have wished for any more, Victoria had thought of everything.

A great place to stay to explore Upton and the surrounding areas. Apartment is great in a central location right in town, easy walk to anywhere in Upton. Carola and Rick were great hosts, good clear instructions and helpful information. Apartment was spotless (thank you to their housekeeper Emma), and would highly recommended both the Regency Apartment and Carola and Rick as hosts.

Another very happy stay here. As it was a warmer time of year this stay,it was wonderful to be able to sit out on the covered decking and on the grass beside the property watching the sheep and a moorhen with her chicks by the large pond. Very peaceful property and flexible bedrooms,sociable living/kitchen area,parking outside on the property. We were visiting for a family wedding nearby at Verzon House but did manage to visit The Nest Cafe for delicious lunch and Wellington Garden Centre a bit further afield but well worth the journey. We shall return!

We had the most wonderful stay with Mags. The house is stunning, surrounded by the most beautiful landscaped gardens. It was lovely to wake up to the birdsong in the morning. The property itself is cosy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We slept great and the shower is excellent! Lastly, Mags was the cherry on top. She was kind, attentive and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome, albeit we only stayed for one night. One of the best Air BnBs we’ve stayed in - we hope we can find an excuse to come back again. Brava!

Amazing spot on the outskirts on the city - yet in the most peaceful grounds in their own slice of the countryside. What a little gem to have stayed in. Pam and her husband Paul are absolutely lovely hosts who could not have make me feel more welcome. 🙏🏼

We really enjoyed our stay with Sydney who was a very friendly and responsive host. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and very clean and in a great location for walking into Ross or visiting the surrounding area. Syd gave us lots of local recommendations and made sure we had a fantastic stay.
