We had a wonderful stay at KiKi’s place! She was incredibly accommodating, especially on such short notice after a disappointing experience with a previous host. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was perfect for me and my family, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality. Highly recommend staying here — we would definitely book again!

Patryce was an excellent host. She went out of her way to check on us and make sure everything was up to our standards and that we had a smooth check in. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and very well put together.

Beautiful place felt like home.. We enjoy every minute of our stay at this home.. Beds were comfy and slept very good.. Everything match the description it was very clean and cozy it felt just like home away from home.. The hosts were very responsive, I would definitely stay here again 10 out of 10😀

Gina was an exceptional host,incredibly responsive and attentive throughout our stay. Even though she wasn’t nearby, she handled minor issues quickly and efficiently, demonstrating a true commitment to guest satisfaction. She went above and beyond by bringing us extra linens when we needed them, which was much appreciated. The bedding was especially comfortable,one of the highlights of our stay. It made winding down each day feel like a treat. The only downside? I wish I could’ve stayed longer! Thank you, Gina, for making our experience so pleasant. I hope to return in the future!

This weekend was extremely important... I not only graduated buy I had a very important production meeting at a nearby well known film - production studio. Let's discuss the neighborhood! FIVE STAR!! If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

I could write an essay on how incredible this place is. The photos just won’t do it justice. It can’t capture the peace and serenity you experience. It’s only fitting because Ms.Teresa herself exudes just that. We are never choosing another place in the area as long as this is around. This is our second time here and somehow it was even better this time around. The value far exceeds the cost. Canoeing on the lake was among the most peaceful experiences I’ve had. It felt like we had the whole lake to ourselves. I could go on and on about the cleanliness, the comfort, the attention to detail, but know that if you stay here you’ll leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and tranquil.

David is a very cool guy with an amazing piece of land. If i need to stay in that area again I’ll definitely book again.

This Airbnb was very convenient for our needs. It was very clean. The host was quick to respond every time. This Airbnb was perfect for us, we have stayed before and will stay again.

My husband and I were so comfortable and happy staying here. The interior design is so beautiful and the outside neighborhood is so nice. We felt right at home and were so grateful we chose this Airbnb instead of a hotel.

Lovely spot for a weekend stay. It is next to the metro so it can be loud and rumbly but it wasn’t an issue at all for us. The light in the bedroom flickers but it wasn’t only slightly inconvenient when getting dressed. Other than those two things it was a lovely spot and perfect for what we were looking for. Close to restaurants, quiet neighborhood minus the metro, easy to get around, easy parking, the place was nice and clean while being comfortable.

I had a great stay at Teresa’s Airbnb in downtown ATL! The location was perfect—super convenient and close to everything I needed, from restaurants and shopping to nightlife and public transit. The space was clean, cozy, and felt just like home. Teresa was a fantastic host—very responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Atlanta!

Overall, I had a great experience at Sara's condo! Sara was very detailed about all aspects of the stay, and the view from the terrace was great. The condo was clean and everything was accessible. Everything you need is within walking distance or a short Uber ride (if not wanting to drive). While this is not a deficiency with Sara/ her property, I did experience some challenges with Metropolis parking while there. So, I'd suggest parking in AAA parking lot or exploring other parking options.

This location was PERFECT!!! I had an event to go to in the area, I also brought my son and we hit legoland and sloomoo and I was less than 20 min from everything. If you know Atlanta then you know THAT MATTERS! Quiet, clean and enough room. Very responsive host as well. Best Airbnb experience I’ve had thus far. Will book again!

We had a wonderful stay for our 2 day concert at the Tabernacle. 11 minute walking time.

What was off-putting was handled swiftly and what was right was great. Anjel was a great host. I will return.

First time in Atlanta and we are very happy we stayed here. Beautiful place to take in the city. We loved everything about it. My family will plan to return to this listing in our future visits to ATL. Thank you N for getting it right!

we had a great stay at jaedas place so walkable to the aquarium and Coca-Cola factory and many more places we will definitely stay again if we are going to the aquarium
