This is a beautiful old house! Definitely be mindful of the location when you’re booking, it’s a great location if you’re looking to go out and walk around, but the music from the bars was quite loud until very late at night. It wasn’t really an issue for us, but if you’re looking for a quieter scene, it’s something to be aware of! Very cute house, a little quirky! We had a wonderful stay

Emily has a very charming home! It’s located in the middle of EVERYTHING thing. Walkable coffee shops, historic sites and restaurants. We felt welcomed right away upon communicating with Emily, which put us at ease. We would definitely stay again. 5 stars 😊

Ryan was a great host! The house was as described, clean, and had everything we needed. He even had snacks ready for the kids! The backyard was perfect for a dog to explore. We felt safe in the neighborhood and close to restaurants.

Love Christophe’s place in Scott’s Addition! This is our second time staying here and it was as great as the first - super clean and conveniently located, walkable and close to all of the restaurants and breweries in the neighborhood. We stayed with friends this time and there was plenty of room for our group. Christophe and Yukari are excellent hosts - very responsive, communicative, and friendly. So appreciated their help with our stay. Can’t wait to be back!

This place was great! The location makes it easy to get to many places in Richmond quickly and it was a perfect location for a family wedding in nearby Maymont. The house is beautiful and the furnishings very comfortable. The pool was a special bonus - lovely and relaxing with incredible plantings. Clearly a lot of time was spent considering what guests might want. I just wish we'd had more time to enjoy it.

Edna's condo was a cozy place for us to stay while visiting/supporting new parents as they welcomed another little one. Having two bathrooms was helpful, the kitchen had everything we needed for our meal prep. It's a quiet location and when the weather cooperated we enjoyed walking the trails accessed from the back of the complex. A treasure!

This home was the perfect spot for our family to rest and relax throughout our son’s volleyball tournament. Lovely home!

Erica's place was quiet and comfy for an overnight stay. The location is really cool, right on the canal path, so restaurants and Shockoe Bottom are walking distance. Plus secure garage parking was a win. This is one Airbnb where it makes sense to meet the host rather than try and decipher check in instructions (otherwise you'd have to navigate a private building garage and a not super intuitive layout to get to the unit entrance). Erica was friendly and responsive and a great host!

This house is awesome. It's huge and priced very competitively. It did have issues, but they didn't bother us too much. If you're expecting perfection from a home this size, at this location at this price, you're not being reasonable. For our needs, it was PERFECT.

This was our second stay in a short period of time. It was nice and peaceful. We really enjoyed the space. Everyone commented on how peaceful and homey it felt. Overall great experience. Violet communicates very well and is very responsive. If you are visiting RVA this is a great place to stay.

The home was easy to find and located in a quiet neighborhood! Cute decor and welcoming! The home was very clean! The bedrooms were cozy and the beds were comfortable! Great water pressure in the showers =)! It was a great place to stay if you didn't want to stay in a hotel while in Richmond! Easy to get to local shopping and restaurants! I would stay there again =)!

Instructions for check-in, heating/cooling, TV operation, etc. were clear and easy to follow. Great place for a short stay!

Nice place, it was easy to get inside. It had a very active, late nightlife if that's what you're looking for.

Whit's Place was amazing! Easy to find. Had no issues with finding the place, street parking, or using the parking garage. Directions were amazing. Whit was very responsive as parking in Richmond is always an issue... however, this time it was so easy! The location is very convenient, and walking distance to the National, where my daughter and I had a show last night. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful for being in the middle of the city. The home is spacious and the bed was comfy. We will definitely stay here again.

We had an awesome time staying at the cottage, perfect location near tons of restaurants and shops with a quick drive to Richmond. We booked specifically for the dog friendly aspect and everything was better than described, LARGE fenced in yard with tons of space and outdoor community seating area with tables/chairs to enjoy the sounds of nature right outside. We loved sitting under the porch listening to the birds while our dog roamed the yard getting in all the smells. Cottage has comfy king bed with full fridge, easily controlled AC, microwave and any dishes/utensils that you would need. Owner was SUPER sweet and spoke with us on the way out asking to pet our pup and if she could have treats. We would recommend this cottage to those who have pets and still want to be able to explore the variety of dog friendly places around the Richmond area while also feeling at ease leaving them at the cottage while doing activities without your pet. We would stay here again!

Let me start by saying, I normally would not pay this much for a couple night stay. However, the cool factor of staying in an old, historic storefront was worth it. Not only was the location great, it was on a quiet street with awesome food nearby. The bed was comfy, also. Would probably stay again. Minutes from downtown history and very clean.

We had a lovely stay in Hannah’s tiny house. It was clean, comfortable, and cleverly furnished. There are lots of thoughtful touches, such as extra charging cables, a water filter pitcher, and puzzles. Hannah promptly responded to our requests. Two thumbs (and four paws) up.
