Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Henrico County

This was my first time using AirBnB and we had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. Eugene was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to 95 as we were in town for a volleyball tourney. I drive an EV and I especially loved the avaliable charging station in the garage. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing retreat. Thank you for making my first stay at an AirBnB a memorable one.

My family of 4 had a pleasant stay; the house was spotless & amenities were great for kids 2 & 6. The children’s museum and science museum are 5 mins drive away, and the Carytown strip is a 15 min walk. The electric car charger was such a bonus! Would stay here again.

I had a great time staying here, Shaniesha was very responsive and proactive in making sure I had all the information I needed to make my check in very easy. the airbnb was very comfortable and clean, plenty of stores and places to eat within a short walking distance. a very short and easy drive to most places in downtown Richmond. This listing made me look forward to visiting Richmond more often this summer.

Beautifully decorated and clean studio. Studio faces pool and outdoor seating of food hall so it was a bit loud in the evening. Food hall is a great place for drinks and food, however very limited options for vegans. Overall, a pleasant experience and would book again.

Bryson's place is truly a home away from home. Me and my son have stayed multiple times and every time I am delighted to be there and sad to leave. The bed is so comfortable. The blinds and gossamer curtains in the bedroom give it a very homey feel. Using the office as a small bedroom for my toddler is just perfect. We are close to each other but have our own space. The kitchen is clean and well appointed. And the home itself is really in the very best part of the Fan. We really love staying there and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Richmond. And to top it off Bryson and Teri are really nice people. They do an excellent job hosting. They are always available and communicate quickly, clearly and proactively.

I truthfully don’t think 1000 characters is enough to describe my experience. From start to end Eugene has been a wonderful host, making my stay worthwhile. I previously stayed at one of his listings and that’s what drove me to return as a guest at his home. From the quick responses to the cleanliness of the homes, the beautiful decor (which might I add are the PERFECT touches), and the comforting feeling of “home away from home.” It’s just PERFECT. I had so much fun playing pool, the building amenities were amazing as well, watching my favorite shows on the projectors gave a movie theater at home feeling and might I add, an uber ride ANYWHERE from the apartment isn’t long at all. I can honestly say that I will always book a stay with Eugene every time I come back to Virginia. Look no where else, this is the place to be. Eugene I thank you so much for accommodating me on my stay and going above and beyond to make sure all was well.

Although we had a brief communication issue, Felicity was there with the support I needed. She reached out proactively to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend and would book with her again!

What a cultural treat! The host's collection of art and books from around the world added a unique touch to my stay. The place was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. This was the perfect spot for our wedding anniversary—quiet, private (no neighbors in sight), and surrounded by nature with a grocery store nearby. The sauna was a 10/10. It rained, so we skipped the firepit, but the string lights were a nice touch. The hot tub was a bit cloudy, but we didn’t address it after a (thankfully injury-free) car accident in Richmond. The cold plunge wasn’t filled—it didn’t work out for us to have time to prep it, but I would’ve loved to try it if it had been ready. The house was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable with plenty of towels, dishes, and thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee/tea, and streaming access. A few extras—like a flat sheet on the bed, bottled water, or a robe for walking to/from the sauna—could’ve added a bit more value. Overall, a peaceful and relaxing escape!

Another wonderful stay for a weekend getaway with other couples and kids. Bunk room and garage game room were perfect separation for kids to have their own space. Lots of nature in this area- crabs, eagles, perch, turtles, frogs and catfish to name a few critters! House had every convenience of home- trash bags, laundry supplies, dishwasher pods, soap, laundry baskets and cleaners. It was so nice to arrive and not have to go out for basic supplies!

This house was terrific for family to stay at during our son's graduation place. Beautiful, spacious home in a beautiful setting right on the river. The indoor and outdoor amenities were many and very comfortable. The dock on the river was beautiful. Very clean, comfortable and with everything we needed for a nice stay.

Our family had a wonderful time at Jeffrey’s place. The home is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed (including lots of kids books and toys). My children loved the private beach (it’s amazing) and exploring the property. We found fun shells, and even a few shark teeth. We daytripped to Jamestown and Williamsburg (10 min to the ferry, 20 min to get across) and had a wonderful time at both places. My kids had a blast riding the ferry (getting out and watching from the upper deck is a must). Definitely plan to get groceries ahead of time - it’s pretty remote, in a good way. Lots of fun wild life to spot - bald eagles, turkey, deer, even a skunk! Fun was had by all, we would stay again.

Wonderful home! can sleep way more than what was described using airbeds if necessary. worked for us as singles!!! clean, neat and spacious!! private space....one the landscape is complete it will be 1,000,000 stars!!!!! Note: bring a portable speaker or 2 if you like music!!!

We were very happy to have found Jamal's house on such short notice. It was well appointed and clean. The area was quiet and peaceful. Jamal was a very helpful host. We'd love to stay there again next year, and add a couple of extra days!
