This home is located on a quiet, picturesque street within walking distance of many restaurants, parks, and attractions. Beautiful garden in the front. Sophisticated contemporary decor that is comfortable and functional. The owners clearly pay a lot of attention to detail and think of all the little things that travelers need. It was immaculate, bed was comfy, the towels were all soft, and there were supplies for a tea drinker like me. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would return.

The studio apartment was clean and despite some of the concerns I had when arriving (noise, etc.) it was quiet and peaceful inside the apartment. Perfect for a short, busy trip to the city. Cory was a responsive and helpful host

This place was beautiful! Very quiet and every thing was so clean and organized. Our host was also very responsive and gave clear and helpful instructions for check-in and check-out. If we ever visit the Richmond area again, we will definitely be staying here!

This is my second time staying in one of James’ air bnb’s and both times have been wonderful, you can see that he takes the time to make the space pleasant . I was in Richmond for work but still enjoyed my time due to the comfort and quiet of this Airbnb. Will definitely stay again.

This was the perfect place for me & my husband, and brother & sister in law to stay for the weekend for our daughter's wedding. We appreciated the complementary bottle of wine, and I liked the Keurig set up! Great price, great location and very comfortable for 2 couples. Also, very responsive host! Highly recommend!

My wife and I spent our "mini-moon" at this property after our wedding. Simply put, it is the best AirBnB her or I have ever been in. Somehow it is even better than pictured/described in the listing. Never have we encountered such attention to detail and care in a property than we did at this one. I could write more; instead, I'll just say if you're considering a stay in the Richmond area, do yourself a favor and book this property. You'll be glad you did!

Candice was fantastic to work with - extremely responsive and helpful. We had a long term stay and she also helped us set up additional cleaning services. We needed a place close to the hospital and this unit was perfect.

Nadine was a wonderful host - easy to communicate with, proactive, and responsive. The apt was spotless, and every furnishing and decoration was first class. Lots of little amenities (welcome basket with snacks and waters, drinks in the fridge, bedside chocolates, a few toiletries. etc) were a nice touch. The queen bed was perfect for us - quality mattress w/topper (my wife kept talking about how well she slept). Very quiet neighborhood, yet close to all the activities we planned. Private back patio was a fantastically landscaped oasis for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Plenty of easy street parking. Couldn't have asked for a better lodging.

Nicholas is a fantastic host! He took such good care of my whole family and is very knowledgeable of the area. He was so attentive of every request we had during our extended stay. We will stay here again.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay!! It was a perfect location for us. Great area for morning runs, just a few minutes from Battery Park for tennis, and close proximity to Byrd Park and Carytown. We enjoyed the deli at Stir Crazy Cafe across the street. Highly recommend and look forward to staying there again.

Convenient location in downtown Richmond, apartment was spotless and clean, we found the bed incredibly comfortable, the character of the apartment and the building were great. We’d definitely stay here again!

From the initial inquiry message until the final check out, Brandi was kind and willing to offer information. There is a full flight of stairs to get to the apt but after the stairs you're right there! The home was cozy, comfortable and beautifully designed. No opportunities were wasted in making each area intimate and pretty to look at and be in. You can tell the area is still up & coming, but the location is so great being close to wonderful restaurants and downtown right up the road! With coffee bar, appliances galore, and 2 full bathrooms, my husband, parents and I had a wonderful night's rest. Unfortunately it was a one-night stopover during travel, but I would stay here again!

The location and all amenities were as described! Simone was extremely proactive about reaching out and checking in throughout our stay. Place was clean. Was a great, walkable neighborhood for my dog and I, and the fenced in backyard was a bonus! It is chain-link and not particularly high, so just keep that in mind depending on your dog’s needs.

I found the unit very clean and all cooking, cleaning, and bedding necessities were provided. Communications were great. Any questions or concerns were addressed very quickly. The number of stairs leading to the unit should be considered. The parking is tricky, but eventually I found a monthly lot that came in very handy. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend that others stay there.

Stayed for a couple months and it was great. Friendly, responsive hosts, fast internet, quiet, safe neighborhood, and a strong AC that kept the unit cool even during the summer heatwave. Can't really ask for more! Driving to get places is mandatory, but that was fine for me.

Friendly and responsive host, the space was everything that we needed very comfortable, night life can be a bit noisy, but that was expected and kind of fun to watch people out socializing down below from our window vantage point . It was a unique sensation to walk out the front door and immediately be in Carytown, like going through a portal. Enjoyed getting breakfast at sugar and twine and viewing the iconic Byrd theater right across the street
