We had an absolutely fantastic experience, everything worked smoothly, and there were no issues at all. The space was immaculate and welcoming, just as described, and we loved how comfortable and thoughtfully prepared everything was. Communication with the host was great, with quick responses and clear instructions. You can even message the lovely owner personally who accommodated a late check out for us. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been better, close to key tring (5 min drive) yet delightfully peaceful for a relaxing getaway. From the cleanliness to the seamless check-in, every detail was spot on. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect, hassle-free stay in Hastoe. We’d love to come back!

Amelia let us book 4 days instead of 5. The instructions were clear and precise. The house was warm and inviting with a few Xmas decorations which was nice. The house was within walkable distance to the town centre and close to where our family stayed. Amelia let us stay a few extra hours after the initial check out time. Will definitely stay agsin.

This is our third stay, as we won’t stay anywhere else! Beautiful roomy immaculately presented house in impeccable stunning grounds. Stephanie is the most conscientious and considerate host who goes above and beyond. The proximity to central London and ease of driving there is a mere 25 minutes to Baker Street. By far, all round, the best Airbnb we have stayed in.

Everything about our stay was perfect! From the croissants left for breakfast to the private jacuzzi. If you want a private, peaceful getaway but with a 5 star feel then this is the place for you!

A lovely, clean, cosy property in the heart of the beautiful village of Great Missenden! From start to finish, communication was great and very friendly, and offering an earlier check in was very much appreciated given we were traveling from such a distance away. Lovely touches in the property that we weren’t expecting such as shower gel, shampoo, condiments, and even some fans during the really hot weather! Great location with lots to do and a really friendly and reliable taxi firm in the village. We will definitely book again when visiting our family - thank you so much for having us!!

Clean space with everything you need. Walkable to most of St Albans while being just far enough out of the centre of town to be quiet. Easy access to many nice walks including along the river.

The location was further away from Greater London, but we felt that the close proximity to trains would offset the distance. It was great! Check-in with lockbox was great. Accommodations fit our family of 9 very well. The water heater controls were certainly new to us, and a little tricky to keep a good supply for all of us, but we figured it out. The kitchen was amazing! Plenty of room, induction cooktop, nice, divided oven, and the island made for a great gathering place and alternate eating area. There were a couple of plumbing issues with the showers that hopefully can be resolved quickly.

Abbey Mill Lodge and the surroundings are beautiful and the location is great - a short walk from Verulamium Park, the city centre and the cathedral. The inside is bright and modern whilst maintaining the historic charm of the mill. We enjoyed the sound of the river flowing through the garden. The design of the property is quirky and makes good use of the space, however it’s useful to know that are a lot of stairs/steps and an open plan upstairs living room so not ideal for a baby on the move, but we made it work. Grace is a great host! Very responsive and proactive in her communication, and she popped over to say hi which was nice. We’d happily have stayed longer and recommend Abbey Mill Lodge to other guests!

We enjoyed the apartment thoroughly, very central location. Easy access to supermarkets and convenience stores. Stations were a stone throw away. Very well laid out and very private.

Very well decorated house with a spirit. Felt right at home. Great sound system and London view too. Without a doubt a top airbnb experience and offers great value. Calypso was super friendly and helpful. It’s very hard to think of a downside for the place and i’d only sit this one out if i had a past bad earthquake experience because the flat occasionally shakes. Thanks Calypso

Samir's place was very spacious, modern apartment and a convenient place to stay to visit London. Samir communicated eith we is throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok with the accommodation. We came to London to visit family and it was lovely to stay somewhere that also allowed dogs. Beautiful flat - clean, comfortable, and with everything we needed. Easy access to central London, whilst being peaceful and enjoying pleasant outdoor space and off-road parking. The lovely shady patio was a real bonus in the hot weather.

Nick, thank you so much for hosting us. We have great time! Apartment is lovely! We enjoyed staying in your backyard area in the evenings and just chill and relax after a long day of walking. It is just 7-10 mins walk to the tube and overground train stations. Lots of places to dine and fresh, tasty coffee spots. Very lovely neighborhood. Thank you again!

Had a fabulous stay at Ben's place. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The studio was well equipped with everything you could want and the extra touches like the fresh milk were much appreciated after a long journey. A beautiful area and we loved watching the red kites flying and swooping in the skies above. All in all a fantastic place. Thanks very much for such a great weekend!

We stayed at Frank’s place for the Henley Women’s Regatta which was within a 20 minute drive. Easy access to London too. Frank was very friendly and welcoming, would stay here again!, and recommend it to anyone!

A very well-appointed apartment in walking distance to Marlow's high street shops and restaurants. The patio provided a welcome relief from the heat, morning and evening. Thank you, Max and Carrie-Ann, for making our Royal Ascot week go without a hitch.

Tucked away at the back of the shops, right on the High Street. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. A lovely little village. The way in was a little bit tight and you had drive carefully through the archway. It was comfortable and had everything you needed. Very quiet. And the Museum was wonderful!

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

The location is great for runs in the park and proximity to the tube station - 15 mins' walk. Otherwise on hot day a short Uber ride is all it takes. The accommodation is clean and well equipped. We had a really good and productive stay. Thank you Max.

Govinda was incredibly kind and responsive! If you’re thinking of staying here while you’re visiting the Warner Brothers Studio I would highly recommend, as it’s very close by and the cute Harry Potter references throughout were a nice touch.
