I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

The most amazing weekend in the most beautiful house! We loved every second of our weekend. So much to do including the swimming pool, games room, tennis courts and lovely walks. Spotlessly clean throughout. We can't recommend this house enough. Stunning property. Anne was so lovely and let us arrive a little earlier to put food in the fridge on a very hot day. She also extended our checkout time which gave us extra time in the lovely grounds. We are already planning a return trip. Thank you Anne. Wonderful weekend.

Ann’s house was exactly what we were looking for and we had a wonderful stay and felt very much at home. Everything was easy to find and use and the house had all the amenities we needed for a family of 5. The neighborhood was lovely and we loved walking around.

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

We were pleased to find accommodation available where we could all stay and have a bed, have our second Christmas Day and generally be together with lots of space. Having the pool to enjoy was a particular bonus as most of us enjoy the water.

We had a lovely time at Sarah's place. It's as the photos suggest and is in a very peaceful surrounding. The barn is next to Sarah's family home, but the way it is oriented means you get plenty of privacy. Thank you for letting us in to your home. We all had a lovely quality time with friends.

Our stay was exceptionally great. The train station is close which made our movements easy. The place was very clean. There was easy access to food and groceries. Chioma was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to check in earlier than the scheduled time and leave just as easy. Overall the experience was great and I highly recommend.

Amelia let us book 4 days instead of 5. The instructions were clear and precise. The house was warm and inviting with a few Xmas decorations which was nice. The house was within walkable distance to the town centre and close to where our family stayed. Amelia let us stay a few extra hours after the initial check out time. Will definitely stay agsin.

We had a lovely stay! Great location it was easy to get too and it was inside a gated community meaning the area seemed really safe. The property was perfect for what we needed with two decent size bedrooms. Would definitely stay again if we were heading that way. The host was also extremely helpful!

It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the service and polish of a five-star hotel in the most stunning location and surroundings. We stayed for over 2 months while working on a project - my husband, 15 month old baby and I. The house had everything needed for such a comfortable and homey stay. Bhavisha provided us with a cot and stairgate and was always so quick to respond if we had any questions or needs at any time of day which was appreciated. She and her husband are very kind, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this house for a holiday stay in beautiful St Albans, for long terms stays with family or for work trips. It comfortably sleeps 7 in 4 bedrooms (though I wouldn't recommend the top floor bedrooms for elderly or young children as it's a very steep stair). There can be a bitnof traffic noise in the front bedrooms (I think we were just a little unlucky with construction going on opposite) but the back bedrooms are very quiet. Walking distance to everything in St Albans and a safe street. We hope to return on our next project!

Absolutely beautiful stay at the lodge! The place was immaculately clean and tidy upon arrival with plenty of toiletries and towels in the bathroom. Debs is a great host, very friendly and answers quickly. Would definitely recommend 😊

Back Door Cottage was perfect for our short stay in the area. Everything had been planned and thought through so carefully and imaginatively. The equipment and facilities were particularly impressive, especially given the cosy size of the cottage. It all worked very well and we were very comfortable. Thank you, Lynne, for providing such a great, temporary home for our visit.

The location was further away from Greater London, but we felt that the close proximity to trains would offset the distance. It was great! Check-in with lockbox was great. Accommodations fit our family of 9 very well. The water heater controls were certainly new to us, and a little tricky to keep a good supply for all of us, but we figured it out. The kitchen was amazing! Plenty of room, induction cooktop, nice, divided oven, and the island made for a great gathering place and alternate eating area. There were a couple of plumbing issues with the showers that hopefully can be resolved quickly.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely and private home in Chorleywood. The location was ideal – peaceful yet close to London, making it easy for day trips into the city. The house had plenty of space for our 18-month-old daughter and our two friends’ children to move around comfortably, which was a real bonus for us. Shops were conveniently close by, and the driveway easily accommodated both of our cars. All in all, a great experience and we would happily return. Highly recommended for families or small groups looking for a quiet base with good access to London.

Sophie was an incredible host and met us on arrival to walk us through the property and explain everything in detail. We had to book at extremely short notice due to unforeseen circumstances with our original booking. Sophie managed to fit us in perfectly between existing bookings and we're so grateful for this! The property is absolutely stunning with a gorgeous private garden. The beds were super-comfy and the accommodation was spotless, I only wish we'd found this property first! Thank you so much for everything, Sophie, you really went above and beyond and helped us out of a horrible situation with our last booking xx

Great place for myself and 3 colleagues to stay for a week whilst working in the area. The location is perfect, beautiful surroundings, quite road. Very close to Harpenden village centre and the walk is nice. The house itself was great, comfy beds, great showers had everything we needed for a great week. Other than that this was brilliant and we all enjoyed our time here.

Lovely property. Very tastefully furnished, great size rooms and amazing showers. Kitchen is well equipped and lovely views over the garden. Would recommend to all.

Jane and her husband what lovely, attentive and responsive hosts who made us feel welcome and at home for the weekend. The property is beautifully decorated and felt so cosy, there is ample parking, and - there's chickens! We even received some homegrown eggs as a leaving gift. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely little flat on a farm. The rooms are good sizes and the beds comfortable. It was very clean and there was a nice welcome pack with eggs and cake! There is an outdoor area attached to the cottage and the rest of the farm and campsite to explore. It was great for us with a toddler as there was a playground on site. It is a nice 15 minute walk to the village. Angie and her family were really friendly and helpful. We had a great holiday and would stay again!

We stayed at Georgina's place for one night whilst visiting Harry Potter studios and watching Beyonce! It was great for a base to crash after a busy day. It had everything needed for a quick stopover, we appreciated the host's communication, the parking and how easy it was to find. My daughter enjoyed doing acrobatics in the ample back garden and reading a book from the library! A very thoughtful touch! Thanks Georgina!

Many thanks to Emma for letting us stay in this beautiful house. The house is really lovely, very well stocked, with a large garden in a lovely village. It is very homely and comfortable. The hosts really went the extra mile to accommodate our wishes and were very helpful and quick to respond to messages. We were only there for one night but it would be a fantastic place to stay for longer.
