Stranden bereikbaar binnen 30 a 60 minuten, afhankelijk van manier van reizen (Scheveningen, Kijkduin etc.). Keukenhof (tulpen) ook goed bereikbaar. Het voelt als vrij Buitenleven, maar toch in de Stad. Centrum in 10 minuten, strand in 25 minuten. Door de Gaskachel is het in 5 minuten warm. Binnen stroomt Warm Water uit de Kraan, naast de caravan is een overdekte Koude Buitendouche. Begin de dag vol energie, koud water geeft een serotonine-boost! Het Toilet is ook buiten en overdekt.
