Twee slaapkamers op de tweede etage (balkenzolder) met in elk een tweepersoonsbed. Daar zijn ook het ligbad, de douche en het toilet. Op de eerste etage bevinden zich een ruime keuken (koelkast, vaatwasser, fornuis, oven/magnetron, koffiezetter en waterkoker) en een zeer ruime zitkamer (met televisie). (Niet handig voor 55+ en/of met zeer jonge kinderen).
