Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Helgeland

We were very pleased to visit the Røros area and stay at Odd’s place. A great host – very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the surroundings were peaceful and beautiful. We definitely recommend staying here when visiting this part of Norway.

We had a really good time. Rita put a lot of love in this house. We were looking for something quite and we were not disappointed. We slept better than anywhere else. It is the perfect place to relax. And what was really nice as well: Thanks to Rita we found a boat to rent and could catch our dinner and spend some good time on the water. We even saw some little whales. The rocks not far from the harbor are good to catch Makrele. The little supermarket is not far away and you get everything you need to survive. :) If you want to have a bit more choice (especially of fruits and vegetables) you should buy it at a bigger store on the way to Salsbruket. Rita was always super quick in replying our questions.

FOR a place!!!! I felt an immediate calm as soon as I entered the house. The house is large and absolutely beautiful!! It was good and warm, nice decor and lacked nothing. There's a piano on the second floor, and I loved it! I can't play, but I really enjoyed sitting by it and "playing" while I looked out over Vefsna. Absolutely magical!! I have already decided to go back next spring/summer, and then I will stay more than just 2 days. I really recommend both the house and the hosts here!!!

Very good and pleasant stay at Gima's. Accommodation as described, clean, tastefully decorated and the view is just wow😍. Large, warm living room. Spacious kitchen with plenty of dishes. The exchanges with Gima were simple, friendly and fast. The train passage did not bother us. (a few trains in the evening that pass quickly). Bus stop for the airport and the center of Bodo where the university is very close. Small details about the rooms that did not disturb our stay but may be useful to travelers: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, the other 2 are smaller but perfect with 1 single bed. If an extra bed is added in 1 of its rooms to allow 5 adults to stay, it becomes really small and the storage of things is less easy for a stay exceeding 1 week, which was our case. In summary, very good stay at Gima 😉

Everything was fine. Recommendation

This house is a great place to recharge your batteries while enjoying the boat and the fjord. It's also a very welcoming place in an old typical Norwegian house. We loved warming up by the wood stove and enjoying a good coffee near the fire after a fishing trip or hike! In short, we'll be back!!!

Incredibly beautiful and wild scenic spot. Norway at it's best. Lovely place with access to jetty, boat and sea. Gunnar is very nice and accommodating and always has solutions to any problems. We would gladly come back to Rangsundsoya more times. Pär and Suzy

Fantastic apartment, had everything. Yes, I will probably rent it again if it suits🥰 Siri answered quickly and very nicely. Reccommended highly. Short walking distance to restaurants and shops, etc.

Nice little place. Our host helpfully provided GPS coordinates to avoid any issues with finding the address. Comfortable beds and a very nice living/sitting area.

Incredible home with amazing scenery!

We celebrated Christmas with the whole big family in Risbäck and had a wonderful time! The house is perfectly adapted to gather many. Genuine and relaxed, with several spacious social areas and many bedrooms. The cousins loved getting to sleep together in the big hall and the ping pong table in the basement went hot. Extra plus being able to rent both a bakery and a gym in close proximity. Magnificent Christmas idyll!🌟 Full marks for Christmas celebrations! 🌟

The cottage is located by the lake, a quiet place, great for relaxation. The cottage was clean. It's easy to get in touch with your host. I recommend a place to rest with the family.

Beautiful house on huge property right on the water. Hidden behind a hill, you're all your own. With everything you could want, great kitchen, great living room and cozy bedrooms. Sauna and jacuzzi. Great starting point for torghattening or the island of Vega. Shopping and gas station 8 min away. If you like, you even have a few nice animals to take care of with the goats. Arne was always available and helpful. One of the best Airbnb we've ever had.
