Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

Relax in this special and quiet space. The apartment is almost completely south facing with large floor-to-ceiling windows. From the living room you have a view of the winter garden and the fire from the Swedish stove. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, microwave, fully automatic coffee maker, egg cooker, spices etc) You do not need to worry about the bed linen, towels and dish towels. Start your excursions to Lake Constance and the mountains.

Welcome to our lovingly furnished apartment in the middle of beautiful Allgäu. Quietly located on the outskirts of Heimenkirch, surrounded by meadows and rolling hills. Nevertheless, you can easily reach the train station and shopping on foot in just 5–10 minutes – convenient, right? Whether summer or winter: pure relaxation awaits you here. Hiking, skiing, biking, enjoying – the surrounding area has its magic in every season. Lake Constance (Lindau) is only 20 minutes away by car.

Caravan "Pauline"

We rent our caravan at the house. There are 2 adults. (140x200) and 2 children (bunk bed) space. Toilet and bathroom are in our house, not in the caravan. Please bring towels and sheets, sleeping bag or made beds and pillows. Final cleaning is done by the tenant. Not included in the price is the visitor's tax, with which you get the leisure card for discounted admissions, as well as free bus. Cost for adults € 2.20 and for children from 6-15 years € 0.70 per day.

Vacation apartment in the West Allgäu

Apartment for 2 people with terrace and private entrance. In addition to a fridge, the kitchen has a 2-burner stove, oven with microwave and is fully equipped. Bathroom with shower/toilet. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed. Wi-Fi is included in the price. TV, non-smoking apartment, no pets allowed. Bedding is available, as are dish towels. The inn and shopping with a bakery are about 3 km away. 20 minutes by car to Lake Constance.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproofing door) with separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time using the code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A baby bed (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).

Tiny loft on the Argen

This special accommodation is located directly on the river and directly at the entrance to the historic old town. Although centrally located in the city, the location on the river creates a feel-good atmosphere all year round. The accommodation is not large, but a perfect base if you want to explore the old town on foot, the surrounding area by bike or the region by car.

Very well suited also for relatives of rehabilitation patients who want to visit and accompany their loved ones close and yet at a certain distance to the Waldburg-Zeil clinics in Isny-Neutrauchburg and the Hochgrat clinic in Stiefenhofen.
