Great place to stay, spacious and comfy apartment in a quiet area, we had a great sleep! Complex has access to gym and a pool. Lovely restaurants and shops are located at a walkable distance. Bicycle rental and train just a few blocks allowing us to get to downtown easily. Definitely will choose this place when coming back to Austin.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do in Austin. The communication was a little slower leading up to arrival but the team were excellent as we got closer/were in Austin. Check in instructions were clear, we especially loved that we could park in the garage OR find street parking. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in, and the apartment very spacious with all we needed for our 4-5 day stay. Do agree with some others that the shower curtain can do with replacing but that is the smallest of details because really the rest was 10/10. Will absolutely return when we are back in Austin.

The host was amazing—super friendly, quick to respond, and a great communicator. All instructions were easy to follow, and check-in/check-out was effortless. The apartment was more spacious than expected, and the decor was incredible—every detail was thoughtfully themed (yes, including the bongo drums—alright, alright, alright). It felt like a boutique hotel. It was also incredibly quiet, which was a nice surprise given the central location. We slept great and had plenty of room to relax. The whole space was spotless and well-equipped. The building amenities were a major bonus. The gym was clean and well-stocked, and the rooftop pool area was stunning with beautiful views of downtown Austin. Everything felt secure and well-kept. The location can’t be beat. Just one block from West 6th, we were steps away from amazing restaurants, live music, and unique bars. We walked almost everywhere and barely touched the car all weekend. We’re already looking forward to staying again!

We had a great time over in Austin at this place, visiting for work. It afforded the team enough space to get work done and be in and out for meetings. Ubers readily available, great view of the city and had everything we needed for a great stay.

This property is in a gated community, very near many shops and restaurants and the Galleria complex. The directions were super accurate, and she went above and beyond sending pictures of each step to get in - quite helpful as we arrived at night. The property had everything as listed - more than enough to host guests, fully functional kitchen, Keurig, dishwasher, washer/dryer, great shower water pressure, great blackout shade in the bedroom, lots of mellow decorations . . . very well appointed. We did not encounter any problems, and Maleasa was proactive making sure we were settled in and was available if we had any questions. Checking out was very easy/stress free! We would definitely rent this apartment again!

The apartment was beautiful and was in an amazing location. Lynn was a great host and was very responsive and informative.

I had a great time, liked the location, there are lots of coffee shops, lovely restaurants, markets, bars at walking distance. There’s a trail access 2 min away from the airbnb. Beautiful apartment in 11th floor with good view. The only downside was that it was advertised as a having two beds and in reality is only a one bedroom with a normal bed and then a sleeper sofa, which had a very slim and uncomfortable mattress, but I was able to communicate this with Himesh and he was very responsive and allowed me to borrow a memory foam layer topper to place on the mattress. The other feedback I had was to include more information in the listing regarding parking, we learned until we got there that the building only offers valet parking at $40 nightly fee, if we wanted to park our car we had to look for parking in the area, which was challenging due to construction and not many options.

The photos don’t do the apartment justice. It’s so much bigger. Ayanna is a great host. Always there to answer any question or provide assistance. The location of the apartment is amazing too. Literally steps away from Rainey Street. Lady Bird Lake is also right there. The overall experience exceeded expectations. The apartment was perfect in every way. The gym was fully equipped and the pool on the roof was the perfect way to spend a few hours soaking up the sun after a day exploring the city. I would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back

Beautiful apartment, great location!

This place was great! Great location, easy access to all the Austin spots. The roof top pool was great! I would suggest bringing a large pool towel or Turkish blanket as the chairs up there are a little dirty, which has nothing to do with the host. Outside that I would book this location again.

Helen’s place was in a great location and was very comfortable- highly recommend! Great to be able to walk to most places in the neighborhood!

Brian was such a great host - answered all our questions so quickly and was so accommodating to us! I stayed here with my wedding party and we had the best time. We couldn’t recommend this Airbnb enough!!

Amy was a great host! The home was delightful, bright and cheery. The kids loved the cowboy pool which is perfect for toddlers, since their head is always above water. Her place was immaculate and in a peaceful neighborhood. We would definitely book here again when in town!

We had a great stay in Austin; the house was awesome and exactly as described. We enjoyed the patio quite a bit, the weather was beautiful all weekend. Short Ubers to anywhere you want to be. I will recommend this property to any friends and family looking to enjoy a trip to Austin!

The place is great for a large group - tons of sleeping arrangement, open common spaces and a lovely backyard (with hot tub!). Everything was very clean and George was very responsive to any questions we had. Even allowed us to store our luggage in the garage/game room after check out. 10/10 can’t recommend enough!

An absolute Austin gem! Fantastic location (walked to Cork & Screw for dinner) incredibly clean with luxury amenities and thoughtful accommodations like Bluetooth speakers throughout, multiple large rooftop patios & comfy seating, room darkening blinds, spa like showers & bidet, top of the line W&D, easy & effective HVAC/ remote control ceiling fans in every room, huge professional gym and fastest WiFi this side of the Mississippi :) My wife & MIL felt very safe in the cozy neighborhood setting. The door locks were easy to use & secure and liked the off street alley entrance & big privacy fence/ gate. Parking spot to boot! But easy street parking if you have a larger car. There was a big hail storm that knocked out power in the area, but almost all of the lights, appliances (and fans!) were still working. Sara immediately reached out and checked in on us and also provided pictures of the entrance for seamless check-in as well. Great host, great spot 12/10 would stay again!
