Caron's caravan is well equipped and spotless. It has a homely feel and is nice and cozy come the evening once curtains are pulled. Caron herself was very contactable and quick with her replies. There was a welcome basket for us on arrival and a little something for the grand children. We had the best time.

We had a lovely stay at this lodge, it was a great location for us visiting family and getting around the island. The property had everything we required and a lovely view. Jenny was really helpful and very responsive to any messages from the point of reserving through to the day of our check out. Thank you for letting us stay Jenny and we will be back!

We had the most wonderful stay at this lodge on the beautiful Isle of Wight. Tucked away in a peaceful caravan park just a stone’s throw from the sea, it offered the perfect mix of relaxation and seaside charm. The location couldn’t be better—waking up to the beautiful sea view and being able to stroll down to the beach in just minutes was absolute bliss. The on site pool and playground were the perfect end to a day exploring for our kids, all the staff here were friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough to help. The accommodation itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was there, from towels, a well-equipped kitchen to cozy beds and a lovely lounge area with the most stunning uninterrupted sea views . It felt more like a boutique coastal retreat than a lodge! Can’t recommend this place highly enough—whether you’re after a romantic escape, a quiet solo retreat, or a family break by the sea, this gem has it all. Thank you Rob :)

We had a great stay at Crystal’s accommodation. It was as described—clean, well-equipped, and located on a large, well-maintained caravan site. There was plenty to keep the kids entertained, but it was also peaceful and relaxing for the adults. The onsite facilities were easy to access, and the short walk to a beautiful, quiet sandy beach was a real highlight. It’s also just a short drive to many local attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. Crystal was a responsive and helpful host throughout.

Really loved our stay. The lodge was immaculate and exactly as described. Pet friendly especially the enclosed veranda wrapping round the lodge. Wendy was lovely, greeting us upon arrival to ensure all was well and answer any questions. Well equipped in all rooms and extremely comfortable with lots of storage. Our time in Rosie’s caravan was truly enjoyable. The space was spotless and well-organized, making it feel immediately welcoming. The shower had excellent pressure and consistently hot water, which was a real treat. We had no issues with the TV reception, and everything worked smoothly. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, complemented by soft, supportive pillows. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped—everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Rosie herself was a fantastic host—warm, quick to respond, and full of helpful local tips that really enhanced our trip. We will come back again!

We had a great stay here for a getaway weekend - Fiona was super friendly, gave good recommendations for walks, pubs etc and left us to it. The guest house is a great size with everything you need and in perfect condition. Location was beautiful with great scenery and walks especially when the sun was out. Overall would highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

We had a comfortable stay in this beautiful house for two weeks. We loved how close it is to the beach and the sea view from the bedrooms. Very easy to walk around and there is a variety of shops within walking distance. The sofas and beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Our cat also enjoyed the place and her little walks in the garden. It was generally very quiet, other than the neighbour's dogs clockwork barking sessions at 11pm & 7am. Our only comment was that the house was freezing when we arrived and it took many hours to heat up, causing one of us a nasty headache the next day. It would be nice if the heating was turned on a bit earlier. Once it was warm, it did maintain the heat quite well. Other than that everything was great and would visit again, especially when the weather gets better!

Had a wonderful stay at this townhouse in Emsworth. Clean and uncluttered, this house is one of the best equipped airbnbs we’ve stayed in - with enough crockery/cutlery/glasses etc and enough space for all our things. Also a bonus to have such high quality appliances (Dishwasher, washing machine, tvs etc, even a waffle maker) Really homey, great location and the host was super fast at answering any questions. Had such a good nights sleep on the comfy beds and the attic room was a bonus (although the stairs are very steep!). Peaceful location, but walkable to high street and harbour restaurants etc. would definitely recommend. Thank you.

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

We had a fantastic stay ! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the property, the place had plenty of rooms and 3 en-suites which was perfect. It was clean and tidy and very spacious, I would highly recommend this property and we loved our time here.

We, as a family of 2 adults and 3 children (5,9,12yo) had a really lovely long weekend stay at Clare and David’s cottage. The cottage is really nicely done, clean and tidy, and had everything we needed- even fresh milk for a cup of coffee when we arrived! It is well located, walking distance to a small co-op and a number of excellent restaurants, cafes and pubs in Emsworth- we liked Niccolinos, the crown and the cross kitchen. Further afield, it was a short drive to some really lovely places, including the witterings and fishbourne. We would highly recommend it for a family exploring the area.

What a lovely house - fabulous location - 2 minutes walk to the beach, the garden is a little sun trap and the balcony was lovely bonus to watch the sunset from. The house was clean and it’s great to have a place that has a sofa that accommodates everyone comfortably - we all wished we could have stayed for much longer. Louise was really helpful with all the check in details. We had just the loveliest stay - there were 6 of us, my brother and sister and their partners, along with my husband and I - we try and get away twice a year and have done for years and we all agreed that this was one of the nicest stays we’ve had - the weather help for sure as it was glorious, but the house and location. played a bit part too. Thank you so much.

What a lovely house and garden . Made our stay just perfect! I would definitely recommend especially for dog owners .. a lovely large enclosed garden for the dog to run around in and a lovely seating area for eating outside . The house is clean with everything you need.. and very comfy. So close to the beach too in a very quiet, nice area .

It was my birthday. There were 5 of us including a 4 yeqr old. He loved the hot tub. Jude made my birthday special, nice touches like card and flowers. Great view of the sea. Weather not good enough to bbq but I am sure it would have been great. Every thing we needed to cook and celebrate. Had 3 extra people to tea and it felt spacious. Jude flexible and helpful. Great little find . House was spotless , well stocked and very homely . We have a 8 month baby and the main room was ideal as was more than big enough for us . Paul was very responsive and helpful with any of our queries and instructions extremely clear , making it easy to check in and out . Would defo recommend .

This house is in an amazing location less than 5 minutes away from West Wittering beach. The living/dining/kitchen area is a great communal space and there were lots of different bedroom configuration to suit everyone. Just a shame the weather wasn’t better so we could enjoy the garden.

The clever architectural design has created a stunning barn conversion. This is complimented by the carefully chosen fixtures and fittings and the warm but understated colour palette. The kitchen dining lounge space has some quirky and rustic touches and is a lovely room in which to gather. There were some very thoughtful welcome gifts left for us and everything you need is provided for cooking and eating. The 3 en-suite bedrooms are all fabulous and the kids twin was accessed by a ladder, with its own shower room below. This end of the barn can be closed off for some privacy and has its own kitchenette, sofa and TV. The barn is warm and quiet and private even though the main farmhouse is right next door. The hosts are unobtrusive but there if you need anything. Our party of 6 adults, 2 young boys and a baby worked well in the space. We loved West Wittering Beach, the Itchenor Ferry and walk to Bosham and pottering around Chichester. The barn was so lovely that it was hard to leave!

Another great stay at Andrew's house. Is in a great location for us and has everything we need for our family of 5 to relax and enjoy our break.

Sandra has been a great host from the time I booked my stay. She is very nice to talk to, amenable and always happy to accommodate. The apartment is wonderful and situated in a lovely friendly village ideally placed for trips inland to the South Down Way or to the coast and The Witterings. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Echoing other reviews, this is an absolutely stunning place. I totally fell in love with it - so unique, full of character, beautifully done up, and with everything needed for a stay. Such fun being lulled to sleep by the sounds of the sea. Thanks for a truly fab stay.

just a fantastic place to stay, everything you could want and more. Our dog loved the freedom and Paula spoiled her every time she saw her, enabled us to relax knowing our dog was as welcome as we were made to feel. I thoroughly recommend to anyone who wishes to enjoy the South Coast as the links make it easy to get about. Until the next time Paula ..

Perfect location. Ideally placed for a walk to the beach, with a lovely pub and convenience store both short walks away. The house has a great spacious layout, with very generous facilities and peaceful garden, which is a real suntrap. Our teenagers also loved the cinema room! Will return.
