We are 20 mins walk from 3 miles of stunning beaches and sand dunes overlooking St Ives Bay. The house is a recently renovated semi detached cottage with a lounge and kitchen diner downstairs. Upstairs consists of my room and a small but comfortable guest room and bathroom. The guest room has a double bed with a new mattress, TV and a chest of drawers. It overlooks the rear garden. The lounge has a log burner which is great for the winter. The bathroom is in immaculate condition.
“Staying with Anna was lovely! She's very warm and welcoming, as well as Ziggy the labrador, who would come and say hi as soon as we'd get back every day. Anna had lots of interesting things to say, and it felt like we weren't simply guests, but she was sharing her house with us. Also, the location is lovely, and the house has everything you could need, so it was very cosy to stay there. We're happy we went there, as it was a great experience!”
Our home is a new build. We have a guest bedroom available with sole use of the family bathroom (with bath tub). Guests also have use of the kitchen, living room and garden. There is free wifi. We are also disinfecting the property between stays. We do not allow smoking or vaping in the house due to the odour. We are also 10-15 minutes walk from the beach and train station. We also have a cool little cat, so no dogs allowed. Postcode is TR27 4FB. Located just behind “Humphry Davy Lane” sign.

This is a self-contained flat with private access, a kitchen, newly refurbished toilet/shower room, spacious bedroom with small seating area and kingsize bed. Ideal for a couple or single person. The property is at the rear of a family home with off road parking and own private access. There are newly fitted double glazed french doors opening into an outside area with seats and small table allowing for alfresco dining. It is south facing so you enjoy the sunshine all day.
