Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Hayle

We booked a 3 night stay at Emma & Jacks place for 4 adults and 2 dogs and had the most wonderful time! Communication with Emma was fantastic. Details of checking in was clear, with recommendations of local places to visit and eat was so helpful. Emma even dropped us a message during our stay to let us know that the next door property was vacant so if we wanted to use the garden for our two dogs we were more than welcome to which was so kind. The dunes are just down the drive and to the left which led to the most beautiful beach. It was perfect for us and our doggies. Dunes Hideaway is beautifully decorated and such a peaceful and relaxing place. The kitchen is fully equipped and when we arrived there was a cute welcome hamper with a jar of dog biscuits which was such a lovely touch to our arrival. The living room is so clean and cosy and we had a lovely time playing board games after an evening walk on the beach. We truly had a fantastic stay and can’t thank Emma & Jack enough.

We had a lovely week in the cottage. Our host Karen was welcoming and provided great directions making it easy to find the place. Roads are good and easy to navigate back and forth to Hayle and all routes from there within easy reach. Great location for exploring both North and South coasts all within 20-30mims max driving. While there is a 3 mile long gloriously sandy beach to walk and swim from within 5 mins walk of the property. Beach cafe is also very good for a light lunch, or afternoon tea or an ice cream. Thoroughly recommended. We will be returning I’m sure.

Lovely house in quiet square with a pub on the corner! Big kitchen, not that we cooked much as so many great places to eat! We had such a lovely time we extended our stay - twice! Mark was great with dealing with all our questions & requests. Great location, meaning you can walk round town no problem. But having parking permit real bonus, although don't forgot to display as we got a ticket! Also great base for exploring - St Ives, Lands End, Sennen Cove & Newlyn have great Fish 'n' Chips. Eden project is only just over an hour away depending on traffic. We walked across to St Michael's Mount & got a little boat back which was fun. So much to do! All the locals were very friendly and offered recommendations. Will be back as couldn't do everything in a week!

The most beautiful getaway. The views over the meadow to the sea and St Michael’s Mount are incredible any time of the day and we loved spending time on the terrace. Perfect location for walking, sea swims and east to get into town and explore the Cornish coast. The decor is also amazing with so much attention to detail. Will be back!

Charming town house lots of communal space so 10 of us did not feel cramped. Great views, beach below the house was 5 minutes walk away, used the outside shower after sea swimming (hot), before taking the 5 minute walk to the centre of St Ives and the harbour. Fun filled weekend in lovely surroundings

An amazing find with a beautiful view of the sea, even from bed! Was super relaxing waking up with that view! We did wear sleep masks as it can get super bright but worth it for the views 🥰🥰 Everything we needed was available, and although no garden for doggos, there is plenty of areas for them to go out along the road, and near coastal path! Bed was SUPER comfy and the shower was amazing! Melinda was super helpful if we had a question and was so kind!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Cornwall. The space was incredibly spacious and perfect for our big family of 10, we never felt cramped. The decor is minimalistic yet elegant, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. We were also really grateful for the early check-in, which made settling in so much easier. One of the highlights was the view — we could see the stunning St Michael’s Mount right from the window. The location is ideal, with easy access to many of Cornwall’s breathtaking beaches. Emma was really kind and always available if we had any questions, which made our stay even more comfortable. We’d absolutely love to return in a heart beat. She also had an incredible guestbook with local recommendations for beaches, food, walks etc.

What a great place this is and Lis is a wonderful friendly and helpful host. The accommodation is spacious and light and very peaceful with fantastic views of the harbour, bay and St Clenent's Isle from all rooms. It is only a 5 minute walk into the village down a steep hill where there are a good selection of places to eat and drink. Nice little touches of Shortbreads, milk and fresh flowers when we arrived. Binoculars are on hand for guest's use. We were very privileged to see the badgers feeding on the patio each evening. The place was easy to find and parking right outside the gate. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Carla was great. Great comms. Location is 100m from Tesco. 45ims to st Ives and 15 mins to Carbis bay.

Chris is a wonderful, kind person who genuinely wants her guests to feel at home on their trip. The apartment had literally everything. Perfectly equipped, lovely furnishings and perfectly clean. Mostly though, it was the personal touches that would make me return and recommend her Airbnb. The welcome note on her door for me. Everything I could possibly need in the kitchen so i didn’t need to rush out to find a shop. I absolutely loved my stay and I will return in the future. Thank you for everything Chris. Lorraine x

We had such a fantastic time at this Air BnB. Mary is a wonderful host and so helpful and friendly during our stay. The location is fabulous, within walking distance to Penzance, Newlyn and Mousehole (scenic walks too!) The place itself is beautifully decorated and clean not to forget the views are wonderful! We very much enjoyed our morning tea watching the boats across the water. The bed is super comfortable and all amenities are as described if not better. We will definitely be returning! What a gem of a place and the loveliest host!

Really enjoyed our stay and we loved Porthtowen which has a couple of pubs, great beach and within easy walking distance of the property. Alex and Kirstie were great hosts, thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay in Newlyn. The apartment has amazing views of the harbour and is a fun quirky place to stay. The beds were really comfortable and the place was very peaceful. It is up a steep hill so not for the faint hearted but we loved it. We would definitely like to stay again.

lovely setting with a gorgeous airbnb! perfect for a group of friends celebrating 🙌 the hot tub and sauna were a perfect touch for a coastal location. We could walk to the sea and there were so many fun activities that Three Mile Beach helped us organise. 10/10 would recommend!

What an amazing place! The location, the decor, the facilities! Three Mile Beach have thought of everything, and were so helpful and friendly in ensuring we got the most out of our stay! The location is spectacular but the property, hot tub, sauna was the cherry on top. We will definitely be back!

I write on a personal note as well (to show how amazing the hosts were). The night after we arrived my parents’ dog, Mollie went missing. Kaye and Lindsey pulled out all the stops to help search for her. Sadly the day before we left, the dog was found but it wasn’t a good outcome. But they’d joined in the search intensely all week, organising local people to come help, a farmer to help with cutting back vegetation, searching at various hours of the day in an effort to find Mollie. They really were brilliant.

We can't recommend Lindsey and Kaye's place enough! Beautiful surroundings in peace and quiet, perfect for our dog to run around and enjoy the land. The hot tub was used every evening and was a real treat after a long day of walking, it was also tucked away and private which made it more relaxing and enjoyable (not all hot tubs in Airbnb's are!). The comfty bed, massive rain shower, stunning kitchen/lounge area were all incredible, but having the views, open space,, and all the little touches that Lindsey and Kaye have added are what make this stay special. Lindsey showed us around and was always on hand to chat and recommend things/give helpful advice, and Kaye was kind enough to show us how the pizza oven works and make sure we were okay! As I said, I can't recommend this place enough, especially if you have a dog (ours loved playing with their beautiful dog, Dodger). The pictures don't do it justice! Quick recommendations: Praa Sands, Porthcurno Beach & Minack Theatre - must see!

Extremely well equipped, welcoming, super clean, plenty of instructions and information about the house and area. Comfortable beds, tastefully decorated, super garden, plenty of parking, great hot tub, acres of storage, what wasn’t to like!

This is a beautiful, clean and well located property. The view of the harbor each morning was spectacular and it was very convenient to all Falmouth activities. Sandra was very communicative before and during the stay and gave great recommendations for local spots to dine. We thoroughly enjoyed our family’s stay and hope to have the opportunity to return.
