Had a lovely stay, such a great property!!

We were looking for somewhere in the New Forest area to celebrate our wedding anniversary with family. This house was perfect for us all, 8 adults and 5 grandchildren. The house is in a beautiful, quiet location which is exactly what we wanted. The house has everything you need and more, fully fitted kitchen with massive island and dinning table. All rooms were spotless as well as the many toilets and bathrooms. We stayed in the master bedroom which is very tastefully decorated. The swimming pool was a big bonus, perfect size and depth for our Grandchildren and very warm. It also had a padlocked gate to keep the little ones out when playing in the garden. Our host Katie was brilliant from start to finish keeping us updated on the stay and very responsive to messages. She provided a welcome food pack of sausages, bacon, bread and essentials which was really appreciated. Katie even took the time to let our grandchildren help her feed her horses. Can’t wait to return!

We stayed at Sam’s place to celebrate my husbands birthday. From the start Sam was responsive, friendly, answered questions and gave some fab advice. When I made a request she did everything she could to make it happen. The caravan itself is in a lovely peaceful part of the park with easy walking distance to the woods for the dog to have a run and also to the beach where we wandered to the pub and then back for an ice cream. Sam clearly explained how everything worked, where everything was & what she was doing to make things perfect for her guests. Her guide for things to do was really helpful so our days were filled and never dull. I would call this caravan a proper family home, it does everything it’s suppose to so you can just relax and enjoy your holiday. When I had some sad family news, Sam went out of her way to make sure we were ok and that we didn’t need to rush out the caravan on check out, so if you want a proper family home from home that does what it says - visit here! 🩷

We hired this for a few days with family to celebrate my nans 70th birthday. Absolutely beautiful house and gardens and the facilities are amazing. We live locally so knew about the area but loved having a swimming pool, tennis courts and snooker table for all of us to enjoy. The lounge was bigger than we thought and comfortably sat all of us. We also received a helpful guide a few days before our stay which gave us all the information we needed. Overall a really lovely stay, thank you!

We had the most wonderful stay at this lodge on the beautiful Isle of Wight. Tucked away in a peaceful caravan park just a stone’s throw from the sea, it offered the perfect mix of relaxation and seaside charm. The location couldn’t be better—waking up to the beautiful sea view and being able to stroll down to the beach in just minutes was absolute bliss. The on site pool and playground were the perfect end to a day exploring for our kids, all the staff here were friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough to help. The accommodation itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was there, from towels, a well-equipped kitchen to cozy beds and a lovely lounge area with the most stunning uninterrupted sea views . It felt more like a boutique coastal retreat than a lodge! Can’t recommend this place highly enough—whether you’re after a romantic escape, a quiet solo retreat, or a family break by the sea, this gem has it all. Thank you Rob :)

Our time in Rosie’s caravan was truly enjoyable. The space was spotless and well-organized, making it feel immediately welcoming. The shower had excellent pressure and consistently hot water, which was a real treat. We had no issues with the TV reception, and everything worked smoothly. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, complemented by soft, supportive pillows. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped—everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Rosie herself was a fantastic host—warm, quick to respond, and full of helpful local tips that really enhanced our trip. We will come back again!

Excellent location, car needed but it’s possible to walk to a good pub for dinner. Very peaceful area

Perfect place if you re looking for some peace and relaxed environment. Ideal for a family of 4. This cozy and detached property is just a mile drive to the Hayling Island beach/Funland with lot of rides for kids and just a 10 mins walk to Tesco express if needed for groceries. The hosts Simon and Carolyn are very nice. Very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would love to stay again. Highly recommended! Miss this place..

Had a wonderful stay at this townhouse in Emsworth. Clean and uncluttered, this house is one of the best equipped airbnbs we’ve stayed in - with enough crockery/cutlery/glasses etc and enough space for all our things. Also a bonus to have such high quality appliances (Dishwasher, washing machine, tvs etc, even a waffle maker) Really homey, great location and the host was super fast at answering any questions. Had such a good nights sleep on the comfy beds and the attic room was a bonus (although the stairs are very steep!). Peaceful location, but walkable to high street and harbour restaurants etc. would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. Great little find . House was spotless , well stocked and very homely . We have a 8 month baby and the main room was ideal as was more than big enough for us . Paul was very responsive and helpful with any of our queries and instructions extremely clear , making it easy to check in and out . Would defo recommend .

Excellent property. This house is very spacious, has great facilities and would also be ideal for someone with limited mobility. There is a large back garden and patio area that is very private and surrounded by trees.

Echoing other reviews, this is an absolutely stunning place. I totally fell in love with it - so unique, full of character, beautifully done up, and with everything needed for a stay. Such fun being lulled to sleep by the sounds of the sea. Thanks for a truly fab stay.

Beautiful location on the edge of the beach. Amazing view from sitting room and main bedroom. Light and airy house with all amenities and more. Debby answered all queries immediately. Highly recommend.

We visited as a family of 4, with children aged 3 and 8. We had the most wonderful stay at Rachel's barn. The surroundings are peaceful and the garden gave the kids space to run around. The barn is perfect sized, equipped with everything you might need for a short stay, and SUPER clean! Rachel very kindly had milk in the fridge and a bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival- a lovely, much appreciated touch! On Rachel's recommendation, we took the foot ferry to Itchenor and walked to West Wittering beach- a long walk with a great reward of a beautiful beach at the end. The kids loved the ferry ride and we took walks on the shore after dinner, because it's minutes away from the house! Would recommend to families or couples looking to get away.

Kate’s Place is beyond description. Perfect in every way. The converted barn has every modern convenience. Comfortable, lots of room, very stylish, quiet and secluded. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows which is always very important we loved it. Easy access to the west, London or the further south. We made several day trips. Kate is an amazing host and made our stay perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

Lovely view from the living room. My only real grumble is parking is very tight next to all the blocks bins which means they weren’t emptied, and also making hard to load and unload the car when two cars parked up outside

We had such a lovely time at The Gables. It was a beautiful space and perfect for the whole family, we will definitely book again!

Lovely spot right next to the beach. Quiet peaceful days spent relaxing in the garden and on the beach. Friendly places around to eat and drink and only a short drive to bigger shops and supermarkets.

silhouette cottage was beautiful and the countryside so peaceful. Our stay was not quite as we intended as my husband had a horrible accident in the early hours of our second day. Sarah went above and beyond to help. She immediately came in the middle of the night and calmed us both and called an ambulance . She then helped my family and kept in contact the whole time. I honestly would not have known how to deal with the situation without her help
