You really are just that close to the Eiffel Tower! Great place and view and very comfortable. Very easy to get to the subways or to catch a cab or Uber right outside. Walkable along the river and to just about anywhere you need to go. Also fantastic communication from the host making every part of the experience easy! Highly Recommended!!

I used it for the first time in France, during my stay in Paris.This facility was located in an area called Moodon, close to the Setagaya and Seijo areas in Japan. Nearby, there was a small supermarket like My Basket, which was a 5-minute walk away, and a large supermarket called a hypermarket, which was a 15-minute walk away. It was very close to the tram station, within 5.6 minutes. The room itself was cleaned by the host, and I had a comfortable stay, of course, and there was a bedroom and a kitchen, dining and living room of about 15 tatami mats. The host was very polite and exchanged messages with me, and I received a reply immediately. The dryer and washing machine, and the bathtub for the Japanese, were helpful. The city, for example, the Eiffel Tower, is about 30 minutes away by tram and subway, but it doesn't feel far, and I was able to relax in a calm mood. I would like to use it again when I come to France.

This price, plus this location, plus the features and size of this listing, is really too good value for money. I'm really lucky to be able to stay in this house in Paris during the peak season. For example, yesterday, the Champions League final, everyone on the road ten meters away was celebrating wildly, and the noise I could hear in the room was very small (negligible).It's easy to go anywhere!It's just a two-minute walk from the filming location of the Tomb Raider space (you can see the tower very close).As for the cleanliness of the room, the furniture and equipment are a bit old, but I personally think it's good, it has an old French style, the bedding is very clean. I like it

Very good stay at Aditya's home. Great location with easy access to public transport, making it quick to get to the must-see places of Paris. The accommodation itself was nice, spacious and well insulated. The small downside would be the cleaning that could be perfectible but it's just a picky detail. A hair dryer would also be a smart investment. The host was very friendly and responsive, nothing to say about it. I would recommend this place for friends or family.

Great stay for New Year's Eve! We were looking for an apartment above all close to our families and we had the good surprise of discovering a lively neighborhood, with very good restaurants, bakery and convenience stores at the foot of the building while easily accessing the center of Paris with metro line 3. The parking space in the Residence is a real plus. And the apartment is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Thank you again to Isabelle and Juliette for the welcome!

A very beautiful, quiet, comfortable environment. Room is big and very comfortable, shower is A+, only point of criticism is the bedroom, ceiling too low and stairs too small. Public transport nearby. And that bakkery! I would go there just for that bakkery.

The area is the perfect location in Paris for seeing all the sites. Train stations nearby but walking distance to most things. View of the water, the Eiffel Tower and the skyline wonderful. Catherine was friendly and helpful - she even did our laundry for us. We would definitely recommended Catherine’s place. It is compact but has all you need.

i had a pleasant stay in Malika's apartment! The location was perfect, close to public transport. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The place is very quiet with beautiful views of the Seine. In addition, Malika was very welcoming and available for any question. I would highly recommend this rental.

This apartment has an incredible location. So close to everything and yet when we were at home in the apartment after time out and about in Paris it was a sanctuary with a lovely view. Having an onsite small washing machine was a plus during a two week trip. Evangeline is lovely to communicate with. We had no issues whatsoever. Loved our stay.
