We stayed in Carole's apartment for the six nights we were in Paris. It was roomy and comfortable for the three of us and we enjoyed returning each evening after exploring Paris. The neighborhood is charming and quiet with many local places to buy food (we enjoyed the Boulangerie Schou, a half block away, for croissants; and Beldi's, a Moroccan restaurant, a short walk away). With metros and bus lines nearby, we found that we were able to get to all the places we wanted, even Versailles, relatively easily.

Felt like at home in this cozy private apartment! Perfect for a couple or a family of 3-4, Zena’s apartment is very spacious with all needed amenities! The apartment is located on the 5th floor with an elevator in a very clean and secured area (you can only access with a code and a key), Location is perfect, a short 5-7min walk to the metro station, There is everything under the building: a bakery, carrefour, a pharmacy and fast food chains, Zena is an amazing host! She is very responsive and helpful! Will definitely stay there if I come again

Very clean and nice apartment and great host (communication, availability, oil provision, coffee, etc.) The only two small downsides are a few noises from neighbors (we are in Paris) and the difficulty of getting dark in the living room for the one who sleeps there but none of it was really embarrassing and I would be happy to stay there again.

We stayed at Sebastien's apartment for 2 nights, we were 3 and the size of the apartment is perfect. Everything is clean, organized and comfortable. The metro is like 5 min walking distance, in a nice and calm neighbourhood. The instructions to find and enter the apartment were clear and easy. Sebastien is a great host, responsive and kind. He give some local recommendations. Great stay!

Beautiful complex of 2 houses quietly located at the end of a large private courtyard. Private parking is so cool! And right across the street from the RER metro, that's great! Super comfortable bedding, large private terrace, super clean and super welcoming and friendly team. That's really great, thank you!!!

Aida is a wonderful, friendly hostess. She was already on site when we arrived and explained everything we needed. The apartment is actually a whole house, very tastefully furnished. There are two bathrooms and separate toilets, two bedrooms with double beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is available, including a dishwasher, etc. The house is bright and offers a small courtyard. The door from the street to the property can be locked. Parking spaces are located on the other side of the street and are partly subject to a charge. . Public transport (bus) very close by. Valérian is very responsive. Large house, clean, located on fenced-in lot. Ultra quiet area a few minutes walk from RER C or N.

Newly built house, very well equipped and cozy. It's clear that the host cares about the comfort of his guests. We occupied all three apartments and in each one we found order and cleanliness. Skander always responded with speed and courtesy to our requests and was always very helpful, writing to ask if everything was okay. The location is very good: many supermarkets nearby and easy to get around thanks to the bus stop just a 5-minute walk away. We'll be back. Recommended!

A big thank you to Yacine, loved the place, checking in was easy Yacine met us on arrival, all prior communication with Yacine was fast, great to have private parking. And Yacine was on hand if we needed anything, 5/10 minute walk to various restaurants, would definitely visit again.

The neighborhood was such a gem, peaceful yet full of great cafés and restaurants. It was the perfect spot to experience authentic Parisian life. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Isabelle’s place. The listing is exactly as described and well located, just in front of a tramway station and close from a subway station. Isabelle was a great host, who provided clear instructions, flexible checkout time and was very friendly. We definitely keep this place in our favourites listing for our future trip in Paris !

If you are considering this vacation rental, we 100% recommend it! A magnificent neighborhood, near the metro, 20 minutes to the center of Paris! The apartment itself is a dream from Pinterest, there is everything you need for vacation and life. You can spend a beautiful and cozy morning/evening. The hostess is very considerate, pleasant, helped us with the issue of departure to Bove airport, which greatly helped us! Every day, it was a pleasure to fall asleep and wake up. Thank you very much for your attitude and hospitality!

Fleury was quick to respond to messages, met us at the entrance and showed us the apartment. It had everything we needed and is in a good and quiet neighbourhood and very close to the metro (M14). The whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay close to the metro and in a quiet neighbourhood.

Elvire went over and above in working with me to get access to the flat before check in time. She was always available to answer questions and very generous with everything. This neighborhood is free of tourists - it’s a real Parisian neighborhood- and I found it very comfortable to come back to at the end of every day. There are a few parks within walking distance that I relaxed in and I used Velibe city bikes to get most everywhere. The kitchen had everything I needed to make a simple breakfast plus more and there were groceries and great ethnic food stores- Lebanese and Greek were memorable- to bring back to the flat for dinner. Also the market on blvd Batignolles had great stuff. Bed was comfy, place was very clean. The elevator and ac made everything easy. Thank you Elvire!

It is a very quiet and easy house to stay in. Enzo was very kind and bought water, coffee, etc. on the day of arrival. Perfect for those who work from home or cook. I've used Airbnb in 20 wards so far, but this house is almost in 16 wards, and it's convenient because it's just a short taxi ride to Beauvais Airport and CDG. He is a lovely host. I recommend it to everyone!

Marie was such a great host, she assisted us with questions and recommendations prior to our arrival and during our stay. It was lovely to meet Marie and her daughter during check in which made us feel comfortable and welcome. The accommodation is in a beautiful area with restraunts and everything you need nearby. It's approximately 12mins walk to the metro which gives access to everything you want to see in Paris. Loved our stay and the new friendship we developed with Marie. I highly recommend this accommodation.
