Family-friendly holiday rentals in Hauts-de-Seine

Great, safe neighborhood, near the Metro lines, so easy to get every where. Shared, gated, courtyard for extra privacy and safety. Very walkable with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Spacious, charming, 3 level townhouse with large French windows that opened to let in the cool Parisian breeze. Expect some of the quirks that can come with older buildings. Stairs would make it tough for those with mobility challenges. The only bathrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd levels and are within the main rooms. Need to be comfortable with sharing that space with family or close friends, but lots of room to spread out otherwise. Host super friendly and very responsive and communicative. Highly recommend for those who want the feel of France along with safety and convenience.

Frédéric was very attentive and always responded to us. Alberto met us for an early check in and explained everything. The place is spotless and has everything you’d need. Waking distance to Montmartre and the moulin rouge. Metro stop is 30 feet away. Loved it

The locations is absolutely perfect. Supermarket is right next to the apartment, and 3~5 min walking to the metro and to the Eiffel Tower. And Alexander is very nice guy. Me and my friend enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it.

We had great time ! Delphine is a great host , very responsive and flexible. Our only issue during the stay was the WiFi , it was spotty on/off. Otherwise great place to stay, RER was nearby to get you to the middle of Paris, nearby stores and boulangerie just down the building for some fresh baguette. View is amazing , better than the posted picture, I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment as part of our European trip. David was an amazing host. We had to book last minute because our other rental had fire damage. David was very responsive and helpful getting us accommodated. He even had a bottle of wine waiting as a welcome present. He recommended several places to eat and a grocery store for any needs. His apartment was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. He explained how everything worked since we are not from France. The location was perfect; right near two different metro stations and you can even partially see the Eiffel Tower from the windows. There is even a small lift for people who may have mobility issues like my husband. The area seemed safe and quiet. We even slept with the windows open at night for a cool breeze. This place was perfect for us and we will definitely come back when we return to France!!

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

Plenty of space, with good amenities and we were made to feel at home. Denis was a great host and kept in touch throughout our stay.

This apartment was the cutest place to stay at for anyone visiting the first time in Paris! It’s in a family friendly neighborhood and the building is extremely secure. Eiffel Tower is only a 10 minute walk away and there are so many different cafes and restaurants nearby. Everything from our booking, to our check in and check out was easy with Sophie! She is the absolute sweetest host and is very accommodating, considering we were a few hours late from our initial check in because of flight delays. The apartment has everything you need and the balcony is the biggest highlight! Watching the Tower sparkle every night was truly magical. We hope to be back! Thank you Sophie!

Comfortable bed, great location, very walkable. Very good boulangeries and patisseries in the area. My daughter loved the cafe americano at Notre Patisserie across the street. Nicolas was able to meet us early to drop off our luggage which was much appreciated. No AC, but we purchased a couple small fans at a monoprix and slept with the windows open and it was perfect. Small elevator was helpful after a long day of walking. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this apartment.

The location is convenient, with supermarkets and bakery nearby. The house is quiet and comfortably accommodates four people. Guillaume is very responsive, ensuring a smooth stay.

The apartment is a solid 10/10! The location is absolutely perfect: super spacious, very comfortable bed, and the hosts are among the nicest people you could ever meet. We did encounter an issue, which was not the owners’ fault but rather due to the cleaning company used. I spent the first few hours removing dust and cleaning out the fridge as well as mold from the washing machine, as I knew we would be using it during our stay & it was not clean. If it weren’t for the cleanliness, this would have been the most perfect apartment in all of Paris.

Helmut’s place was just like the pictures! Great location next to restaurants and little stores! It also wasn’t just too far from the main attractions! It does get a bit hot in France, so i’d recommend the lower parts of the home, but still very very great !

Marc and Rumi are caring and friendly hosts. They are very responsive to different questions and take the time to give good advice, such as on nearby parking lots. Their small accommodation is very well arranged, and the bedding is very suitable. It is close to all Parisian transport, shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed spending our stay there. Stefania who welcomed us is really kind and smiling. She is very meticulous about tidying up, everything is very clean. We'll be happy to go back! Thank you again to both of you, Marc and Rumi, and see you soon for a new visit to Paris!

Fantastic place with everything you need! Really an oasis a good distance from the city. In order to recover from the busy city, this is highly recommended The pool and garden is lovely and the house is cozy and has everything you need. Beautifully located on the outskirts of the forest.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

Benedicte is a very experience host, her communication skills are perfect. Unfortunately I did not met her in person, but my friend, the third person staying with us, came first and met Benedicte, who gave all the instruction & even set up TV cable on CNN & other English language channels, so we would not have any problem. The apartment matches the pictures & descriptions, it’s large, full of light & has a lot of personality as any place, which is someone’s home. Bedding is perfect, bathrooms are good & clean, but the apartment would benefit from some improvements & deeper cleaning… Building is in the 6 arr., for people, Who prefers left bank, it’s a best area to stay! Everything is perfect: The Luxembourg Garden, great restaurants & plenty of places to shop, including amazing Farmer’s market… Bulding is a wonderful place to stay, but some noise from repairs we had on weekdays from 8am, but we woke up early anyway. We certainly recommend the apartment & would stay again. Thanks

Sylvia’s apartment was just lovely. And a true Parisien neighborhood not full of tourists but full of families. We loved having the market days and the flea market just a block outside our door. Every amenity you could want was available in the apartment, including beautiful fresh flowers in her flower pots which I happily watered. Sylvia and Antonio her host or welcoming and so easy to deal with in communication. The house was spotless and we felt it was a bargain for Paris. I hope we can visit again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Hermine's place. It is a peaceful environment and ideal for large families. The location is perfect for day trips in and around Paris. Communication was very clear. Hermine is a gracious host and I can highly recommend her place.
