Splendid apartment in an amazing location. The host is an hospitality management company which is constantly responsive and helpful.

An excellent and cozy apartment, not far from Paris itself. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Public transportation took a lot of time due to the apartment's distance from the city, but overall everything was just great!

This is the most relaxing place to stay , as four women we really enjoyed coming back to a beautiful apartment and hot tub after a long day sighting seeing . It is spotless and has every amenity you could think of . Nice restaurants near by and easy to get to from central Paris , two short train journeys or a quick uber . Feifei is very welcoming and accommodating. There is also a friendly , funny rabbit that lives in the garden who likes to sneak into the hot tub area 😂

Beautiful Parisian home and both Damien and Capucine are very responsive and great hosts. It's abit far from central Paris (unable to walk with young kids) but very accessible with public transport. My kids love the room and the home is a child friendly place. I would definitely recommend it for people with young kids. I will definitely stay again if I'm back.

We spent two nights in Paris at Jérôme and Manon’s place and it was such a wonderful stay. Their apartment is beautiful and very spacious. It is in a great location with easy access to transport lines. They were so friendly and communicated very well. Will definitely recommend.

We had a great time staying here. The place is small but has everything you need. The kitchen has lots of appliances and utensils. We cooked there everyday and the stovetop worked very good. The WiFi was the fastest I’ve experienced in my life haha. My husband and I worked remote for a week while exploring and it was nice. The host Harry was nice and always responded fast. It’s also in a good neighborhood close to public transport to get around the city.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Mathilde war jederzeit erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

We stayed in at the end of May and we had a great time. The house was beautiful and looked just like the photos, very peaceful. Train station, grocery stores and bakery close by. Host was very responsive, couldn’t ask for anything more. Was everything we needed.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Es war eine sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist genau vor der Tür. Außerdem hat man mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war wunderbar

This home was ideal and spacious for our group of 10 (5 Adults and 5 Kids). Location was also very convenient with grocery store, shopping center, bank/atm, restaurants and delicious bakery within walking distance. I was a little concerned about there not being any AC however we didn’t need it. Home stayed nice a cool and fans were available in every room. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

I immediately felt at peace when I walked in. It was a clean and picture perfect apartment. I mostly enjoyed having my morning coffee (nespresso) in the sun room. Lastly , the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of restaurants and local grocery stores.

We had a wonderful stay at Fatiha’s apartment! Our family of six adults felt very comfortable—the space is incredibly spacious and well laid out. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and both the air conditioning and water heater worked perfectly throughout our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big bonus for us. Overall, we were very happy and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

Was an amazing few days there, as soon as we arrived they came and showed us how everything worked and had amazing English as we didn’t know much French. Would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet get away 10/10 would definitely stay again.

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

Die Lage war sehr ruhig, ganz nahe von DER U-BAHN. Selbst die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es war alles dabei, was man braucht. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Dusche.

Beautiful private apartment. Cozy. 8 minutes walk to metro station. Stephane was very responsive. He made sure I was okay. Definitely coming back.

Perfect spot for my family. Needed a 2 bedroom and loved the view. About a 10 to 13 minute walk from public transit. Quiet and peaceful. Great bakery around the corner. Host and co-host super responsive.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. Maria is a very kind host. Everything was perfect. Thank you for keeping Bread butter and Jam, it was helpful because supermarkets were closed on Sunday. Easy recommendation 🙂

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.
