Loft holiday rentals in Hauts-de-Seine

Cozy place, not a lot of room to unpack, but otherwise exceptionally comfortable and well-stocked in a great location. Absolutely everything we needed, including coffee, milk, spices, wonderful books and guides. Very nice host. Full of art!

Really nice home where you have your private area. You have all the amenities you need. it was perfect for a weekend. Nicole was friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall great Airbnb.

Great, spacious apartment in an outstanding location. It’s in a private compound so we felt completely safe, and it’s so close to both the Eiffel Tower and the Champs-Elysees. Nina was great and communication has not been a problem.

כמי שהיה בפריז לא מעט פעמים אני יכול לומר בוודאות שאין מיקום טוב יותר. כל מה שצריך נמצא במרחק של 2-4 דקות הליכה מטרו, מסעדות, מאפייה, סופרמרקט, ברים הכל..הקירבה לנהר ולכל האטרקציות הופכת את הביקור בעיר למהנה מאוד. נחתנו מאוחר ופייר דאג לנו למונית שהמתינה בשדה והנהג האדיב הביא אותנו עד לפתח הדירה בשעה מאוחרת - שירות מומלץ. הכניסה לבניין אומנם לא מבטיחה, והעליה לקומה השניה ללא מעלית עם מדרגות ישנות אולי תקשה על מי שמגיע עם הרבה מזוודות אבל כשנכנסים לדירה הכל נשכח. הדירה שקטה ביותר, יש קו מטרו שעובר בקרבת הבית ונשמע אבל לנו זה ממש לא הפריע. שהינו בדירה בינואר והחימום עבר מצוין, מים חמים ללא בעיה. קיבלנו סט מגבות נקיות נוסף מיד שביקשנו. הדירה מאובזרת בכל מה שצריך. ללא ספק נשמח לחזור לדירה ולהתארח אצל Pierre בפעם הבאה שנהיה בפריז.

Laurence was an exceptional host. The apartment is as listed and the location is perfect. We easily walked to the Effiel tower, Champs-Élysées and had access to many restaurants along the way. The neighborhood is charming and we felt welcomed from day one. Thank you Laurence and a special thank you to your sister as well.

This place is lovely! The hosts are incredibly thoughtful and responsive. I would tell anyone to stay here with full confidence that their expectations will be exceeded. The location is superb and easily navigable.

Valerie reageerde altijd heel snel en vriendelijk. Het appartement was perfect gelegen in het centrum van Parijs. Een paar minuten wandelen naar het Louvre. Het OV is tevens op een paar minuten wandelen vanwaar je overal snel kunt komen. Heel veel leuke winkels en restaurants in de directe omgeving. Prachtige pleintjes om de hoek. Voor ieder wat wils. Ook was het heel rustig en stil in het appartement. De drukte van buiten was nauwelijks hoorbaar. Valerie, bedankt voor deze mooie ervaring!

I stayed in the flat with my 2 parents, the space was ok for three adults. The position is really perfect. The sourroundings give all you need for a comfortable stay, and it's well linked to go everywhere with public transport, but also by feet. We stayed there in June and we didn't need any refrigerating or heating system.

It’s never easy being in a foreign country but Ophélie was so responsive and helpful and made the living aspect of the trip a breeze. Any questions we had she was right there to help and also provided a fantastic list of recommendations! The space is self was equally fantastic. Couldn’t have asked for a better host and living experience during our stay in Paris.

Great stay, lovely and very comfortable apartment, everything works. Cool location, with a lot of cute local restaurants, bakeries, and a nice large market. Enjoyable Parisian experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Perfect location! It's convenient to 3 different metro stations and is easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and Invalides, but the area is not "touristy." We enjoyed the neighborhood restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. A great Saturday market is around the corner. Arnaud was a great host and was flexible and helpful with our unique scheduling issues. The unit has 3 BRs upstairs and a nice sleeper sofa on the lower floor with a privacy screen. There are 4 total bathrooms - each floor has what Americans would call a "half-bath" with a toilet and vanity, as well as a separate room with a shower and vanity. This arrangement is different than what we are used to in the US, but we found it convenient for the 6 of us. A couple in our party are somewhat mobility-challenged, so they found the ground floor apartment super accessible - although found the stairs a little steep and awkward, but they managed. Highly recommended this apartment!

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und wir haben uns direkt wir Pariser gefühlt. Marie-Helene ist eine sehr aufmerksame und liebenswürdige Gastgeberin, die immer sehr schnell erreichbar war und sich rührend gekümmert hat. Die Lage ist auch perfekt, direkt bei sehr vielen guten Restaurants und Geschäften und trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastic - Linh was a great host, very responsive and gave great local recommendations. Nice interior, comfortable stay, great location! Close to the street so can hear noise at night sometimes but this didn’t bother us, is a relatively quiet street so noise was minimal. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Charming apartment, as described, quiet neighbourhood, amenities as described, useful “red book” from host with lots of info for our stay. Nice to come back after a day of sightseeing and watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle!

Ideal location on the cusp of the 6th and 7th just down the street from Le Bon Marché and also across from a metro stop that for me took me right to Roland Garros. The apartment has everything an American might want but with a European twist that maximizes the cozy space. Sandra was wonderful with checkin and with helpful tips and the team was great about getting back to me on any questions promptly. The nightly views of the Eiffel Tower hourly light ups can’t be beat. I enjoyed staying here and would do so again!
