Yurt on a domestic farm

Come and spend an experiential country getaway in a unique yurt in Porvoo! Located only about 6km from the center of Porvoo! If you'd like, you can also check out our small farm's numerous animals up close. In summer 2025, we offer small donkey tours for guests as an additional service! Additional information can be found in the text below. Along the forest path (1.5km), you can get to a lake with swimming (not suitable for small children). The lake does not have a common swimming beach so it is very peaceful.

Take a steam bath in the wooden sauna and cool off on the terrace while looking at the stunning scenery or retreat to the sofa to read your favorite book in silence. 🫶🏼 There is space in the yard and on the beach to play. The cottage has running water and electricity, heating with radiators + pump. The cottage offers the perfect setting for both vacation and remote work.

Mökkirauhaa luonnon keskellä lähellä Porvoota ja saaristoa, metsän laidalla, 15 km Porvoosta ja 30 km Loviisasta. Täydellinen kahdelle, mutta majoittaa tarvittaessa neljä (2 vuodesohvalla). Oma piha, kaksi terassia, puusauna, grillipaikka ja täysin varusteltu keittiö. Polkupyöriä lainattavissa ja uimaranta 2,5 km päässä. Erinomainen valinta lomalle tai työmatkalle. Huom! Lähin kauppa tai ravintola ei ole aivan nurkan takana, joten varaa mukaan eväät ja herkut – täällä nautitaan omassa rauhassa.

Atmospheric cottage in Porvoo archipelago, Vessöö. The cottage has sleeping places for 4. The kitchen is well-equipped and you can enjoy a summer evening on the terrace where the evening sun shines. There are horses in the courtyard, and you can visit the farm's own museum, which is located in an 18th-century granary. Here you can explore the cultural landscapes and enjoy the peace of the countryside. Possibility to fish and paddleboard (15€/3 h), pier 2,5 km away. 10 km to the public beach.

Tervala

This delightfully atmospheric, over 100-year-old little cottage invites you to stop for a peaceful milieu by nature and indulge in presence alone or together.The ❤️ cottage comfortably accommodates 3-4, but in the summertime, there are also sleeping quarters for three on the cottage. A place in the middle of nowhere, but a human distance away from multiple homes and services. The nearest shops are about a 15-minute drive and public (train) can be reached about 5km from the property.

The price includes the use of a hot tub and lakeside sauna, as well as a gas grill at no additional cost. In this home, you can enjoy the sounds and tranquility of nature. It has 1 bedroom, a fully fitted kitchen, living & dining room, bathroom with shower and a veranda. Tucked between a forest and a lake, the cottage is very peaceful. Helsinki and Porvoo easily reached with own car, no buses nearby. Separate sauna building available with prior notice.

Cosy countryside cottage in the middle of nowhere. Cottage is located in same yard where the hosts home is. 15km to Riihimäki and 75km to Helsinki. Fully equipped kitchen with running water (both hot and cold water). Sauna in a separate building, built in 1930's. No shower there but traditional bucket shower works. Outdoor toilet. Four beds and one crib for baby. Good place for some hiking, biking and relaxing.
