**Review of Our Stay in Napier** We had a truly fabulous day in Napier, especially after spending the previous night in a rather average hotel. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed into a warm and cozy home where our gracious host had thoughtfully turned on the fire and the lights for us. The comfortable bedding and inviting lounge suite, complete with soft blankets, made us feel right at home. This lovely accommodation was perfect not only for me but also for my elderly mother, allowing us both to relax and enjoy our stay. I highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking for a comforting retreat. You won’t be disappointed!

We had a fabulous few days at this charming cottage, the hosts were amazing and so helpful and amenable. We took our horses with us so had a paddock for them which was superb to have them close by. The outlook from the cottage was beautiful, it was the perfect getaway and we will definitely be back.

It was just what our little family needed an uninterrupted getaway to a wonderful home/location. It's even better then the photos. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back. Host answered us right away with any questions we had. Thank you for having us😊

We chose this house to celebrate my wife’s birthday. I was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the pool, the rooms, and how beautifully the property is set out. Highly recommend and my wife has already asked if we can come back.

Tessa was great to deal with. Incredibly flexible on check in and out and was so generous with what she left in the fridge and pantry for us. It was a beautiful property. The grounds were immaculate and the house felt like home, away from the bustle of town without being miles away. We loved it.

Diane's place is great, super house layout, great views and very peaceful.

easy super clean comfortable house to stay in , met our needs perfectly , very comfortable beds, quiet location very easy location to get around in & out of town and an easy 10 minute walk into town .

We stayed for the Art Deco Festival, the perfect location for a group of friends. Spotless home, 4 bedrooms all with en-suites a luxury & central space to chill and relax. Hugely recommend, just be aware due to the magnificent Hugh ceilings and open plan sound does travel.

What a gem of an apartment. The art deco building and tasteful furnishings were lovely. It was super spacious (perfect for a group) from the main lounge to the covered in sun porch to the roof garden - there was something for everyone. It felt like a real treat to stay in. Especially with the little touches like the hand cream, coffee machine with the beans supplied and bowl of lollies. Thanks Di for a great weekend. We’ll be back!

Our group of four adults thoroughly enjoyed our time at Roz & Michael’s apartment in Ahuriri, Napier. The luxury apartment was huge, modern, spotlessly clean and appointed to a very high standard with quality furnishings, fittings, linens and towels. The bathrooms and pantry were well stocked. There was covered parking for two cars and lift access to the apartment making it easily to move luggage. The view was so spectacular we spent two of the afternoons, of our short time here, at the apartment so as to make the most of it. The hosts were easy to communicate with very helpful and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone considering a visit to Napier.

The Loft Apartment in Ahuriri Napier was a huge surprise. It’s so well designed with high quality furniture and a great layout. It’s right above the village and easy walking to fabulous restaurants and cafes. Both bedrooms are large with beautiful en suite bathrooms. The sitting room is really large with a lovely outdoor eating area undercover which catches the afternoon sun. The kitchen has everything you need. A perfect spot for 2 couples. Amazing!!

Our first time visit to Napier, and what an outstanding city. Art deco on steroids, Super friendly, sophisticated and plenty to do. We had a week at Laneway apartments and could have stayed longer. The apartment is centrally located, 3 minute walk to fabulous cafes and restaurants. Supermarkets only 5 minutes walk. Winery suggestions from our super responsive and friendly hosts were spot on. Chilling out on the outdoor patio of the apartment made it so difficult to dine out. The apartment is probably not ideal for anyone with walking difficulties as there are a couple of flights of stairs, however we found them very easy. Parking is close by also. Thank you to Greg and Wendy for making us feel very welcome and comfortable.

Highly recommend The Residence - we already can’t wait to come back. It is absolutely stunning - so many incredible touches, everything was very comfortable and extremely clean. we were extremely happy here, with nice extras like beautiful heated floors in the bathroom and a brilliant selection of teas in the kitchen plus a coffee machine. The place is both beautifully decorated and comfortable. We adored it. Wendy was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Great location to walk to shops and restaurants too.

Great property in a beautiful area. Our staff loved their stay and were very comfortable. Ankit was very responsive, helpful and flexible. Would definiteltly recommend and will stay here again :)

Truly a beautiful home and the gardens are stunning. Ana’s home has absolutely everything you could want and so many lovely spaces inside and out to sit and soak in the sunshine. It is full of style but in a very relaxed and easy way that makes it so warm and inviting. Not only is the home gorgeous but Ana is the loveliest host and a wonderful communicator. The home instructions are perfect and very easy to follow. I would return again tomorrow if I could. Thank you so much to Ana and her family for having us! It felt like a second home for us and we were very sad to leave.

We had a wonderful stay at Yvonne and Steve’s beautiful heritage home in Napier. Both were incredibly lovely and hospitable—going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Yvonne even made a delicious apple cake, and they had great local recommendations. I was especially grateful when they woke up early to serve me breakfast before my race. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area!

We had a great time staying in Napier. The house was about a 1.3km walk into Napier. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and the house had a big deck out the back which was not overlooked by other houses. It was an older home but it was clean, tidy and spacious.

I feel so lucky to get to stay in a charming home like this. It was so gorgeous and warm and well equipped. The linen was lovely. The fireplace was waiting to be lit. We loved the garden and outdoor spaces. It was such a treat.

Our stay at Hannah's place was incredible! Right on the beach, all the amenities we needed, huge outdoor space as well which was great for our dog and for lawn games!

Such a lovely home! So much outdoor space with a beautiful outdoor spot to dine with friends while the sun sets. Beautiful rooms and beds with two large living areas to hang out and retreat from the sun! Also loved how it was only 7mins away from a supermarket/town even thought it felt like you were in the middle of nowhere! So peaceful - Would definitely come again! Thanks Stefan & Kate
