Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

There is comfortable space for 4 guests in a double bed and on a double sofa bed. The terrace with garden area invites you to sunbathe, chill and barbecue at any time. Our guests enjoy pure nature right on the Jakobsweg with wonderful cultural landscape, huge forest area and great mountain panorama.

Excursions to popular hiking areas such as the Ötztal or Stubaital can also be reached quickly - also by public transport.

The apartment is centrally located in Zirl. There are many hiking and skiing areas in the vicinity. Both the train station and the bus stop are only about 10 minutes' walk away. The state capital Innsbruck can be reached in 20 minutes by bus and train and in 15 minutes by car. Some grocery stores (MPreis, Spar, Hofer, Billa) as well as various restaurants (pizzeria, Chinese restaurant, etc.) are also nearby.
