Holiday rentals with a pool in Hatteras

We had a wonderful week staying at Beach Bummin! Short walk to the beach and shops. Beach Bummin was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We had dinner out on 2 different evenings and cooked there the other nights. Ketchup 22 was our favorite restaurant. We ordered the fried seafood platter and the Fish tacos. We would love to come back and visit again. Marsha and Steve were so easy to work with and very responsive when we had questions. We didn't want to leave...

Great private location very close to the beach, and perfect for kids to play outside and ride bikes around safely! The pool was definitely not in walking distance, but worth a quick drive as it wasn’t ever too busy and a very nice place. Kids loved the outdoor shower and adults loved the porch seating. Host very responsive and friendly!

Amazing place to stay in OBX! Highly recommend! Beautiful home with lovely decor. Clean home and grounds. Private and so peaceful. Pool so refreshing, hot tub a great bonus. Beds are really comfortable, lots of extra pillows too. kitchen fully stocked with whatever you could need to cook or make drinks (appliances and dishware, etc.) Garage full of nice extras of bicycles, kayaks, life vests and beach fun playing in the sand for the little ones. outdoor shower to get the sand off too. Some nice restaurants, convenience stores all very close by. 15 mins to Hatteras, 40 mins to Nags Head. Connie is a wonderful host, clear instructions, very helpful and gracious. I highly recommend, we stayed for our annual family vacay, everyone loved it, house so nice. Connie is a star! We can't say enough good things about her home, just go and see for yourself!

Ditto to what everyone else has said, this place is absolutely incredible! SO close to the beach and in a new development this quiet and boho chic townhouse was exactly what we needed for a beach getaway. The beds are so comfortable and the house is clean and exactly as pictured and described. A definite place for a family to stay to enjoy the OBX!

Second year staying here!! Absolutely perfect for our family! Loved the updated inclosed stairway going down into the backyard/pool area, made taking our dogs out much more convenient. Love this house and its surroundings! From the walk to the beach or short drive to restaurants and activities this place has become one of our favorites! The hosts are great and very responsive, the house is fresh and inviting, the backyard/pool area is private and peaceful and the location is great! Will definitely be visiting again in the future!

Location of home was close and convenient to local grocery store and restaurants. Beach is within walking distance, but plan on carrying a light load or plan on renting a heavy-duty beach cart from a local rental place. The path to the beach from the house begins as a road which turns into a boardwalk with several steps up and down, once boardwalk has ended the trek through the dune is lengthy with soft sand partially up hill. A standard beach cart will not be your best interest; you will need one with large beach style tires. There are close ORV ramps if planning on driving a 4x4. Area attractions are a lengthy drive away; Avon is more laid back and less busy area. Overall, house is older as most properties are in Avon. For a simple laid back relaxing place to just chill and relax, this was a perfect fit. Host is very communitive and informative about the residence. Kitchen is fully stocked for all necessary meal planning needs. I would stay here again in the future.

Our family of 4+ our dog had a great time. The place is cozy and comfortable in a great quiet little beach neighborhood. About a block from the pool, which was clean and quiet and a block from the beach which we had all to ourselves at times. Will definitely return next year.

What a wonderful place to stay! All around such a great spot for some time at the beach! Everything is exactly as described. With the incredibly easy walk to the beach, seriously breathtaking views all around, convenient location to restaurants/shops and great communication from the host, I couldn’t recommend this place more! You won’t regret booking here. We can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here as a family with small children. There were only a couple other people at the condominium so the pool was always available and parking was easy. I liked how you get to park underneath the condos so your car stays shaded. The lock code to the stairwell and elevator made us feel secure. There were plenty of nice beach items to use in the storage including wagon, umbrella, and chairs. Each room had plenty of beach towels and bath towels. The walk to the beach was minimal. The only cons were loud vehicles since you are close to the road and one ceiling fan not working in a bedroom but that didn’t bother us! Overall it is a great place and exceeded our expectations!

I booked this location for our 2 year anniversary and it was an incredible stay. The view was perfect and the house was everything we needed for a few days stay. Gene was incredibly kind and even allowed us to check in early which worked out perfectly for us. The listing was just as described and honestly much more head space in the main room than we originally thought. The internet was great which was incredibly useful for our remote work. Couldn't recommend a better stay in the OBX for the price and location.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect—just a short, easy walk to the beach, grocery stores, and great restaurants. One thing we especially loved was that the place had cable TV with all the local channels. It was such a pleasant surprise since so many rentals have switched to streaming only. Perfect for a quick getaway. We really appreciated everything and would definitely stay again!

Rebecca is a great host. We felt right at home and the place is lovely. The entire condo was shining clean. It was a nice touch to have shampoos etc and towels ready. The walk in shower was a delight. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to cook. Yes overall the kitchen served our needs. We found the beds to be the best ever and we stay on ObX annually for 40 years!! Definitely great sleep. Thanks for a great week.

This is a perfect place to stay while on Ocracoke! Very comfortable bed and well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed a swim in the pool too! This spot is quiet and lovely. We enjoyed our morning coffee around the pool and enjoyed the smell of jasmine that was starting to open up and listened to the mourning doves. Easy walk to Ocracoke Coffee and The Back Porch restaurant. Don’t forget to shop at Bella Fiore and Books to be Red. We will be back!

This is our 3rd time staying here! Has a beautiful view, great access to the beach and a nice pool, which is so great to break up the day. We traveled with two adults and two children perfect amount of space. Little dated inside but has everything you need. We come for the location, because it’s so good! As other reviews have said there is a rental above you. We had one night of very late night noise but other than that it was a wonderful stay, we will be coming back!

We have been to Ocracoke many times and stayed at the Castle. This time we were there to attend the Ocrafolk Festival which was outstanding. Lynne’s place was a great place to crash after very busy days. We had a blast.

Loved our stay and the central location. Would definently recommend and would stay here again!!
