We had the most incredible stay at this ocean view house! The views of the mountains and ocean are truly breathtaking - we spent hours gazing out at the stunning scenery. And when night fell, the starry sky was simply magical. The surrounding area is quaint and charming, with a lovely quiet atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation. The town is easily walkable, with great coffee shops and markets just a short stroll away. And the beaches? Absolutely stunning, and just a stone's throw from the house! The house itself is beautifully designed, with two bathrooms and a separate toilet room for added convenience. The open-plan living space is perfect for socializing, and the deck overlooking the ocean is the ultimate spot for dinner or relaxation. We can't recommend this house highly enough - the price is incredibly reasonable, especially given the amazing views and amenities. We would definitely come back, and can't wait to do so!"

We had a flying visit to Crescent Head with the family and Tim and Wendy’s place was perfect. Located two minutes from anywhere in Cressie. Views were breathtaking in the morning, as we arrived late at night we didn’t notice/ see. Thank you for making our weekend so enjoyable and relaxing. The shower was nice and hot and I loved the heat lamp, being from Queensland I appreciated it.

A beautiful space in Crescent. House was easy to find and exactly the what we were hoping for. Peter was lovely and easy to communicate with. We’ll come back next time we’re in Crescent Head!

This was our fourth stay at Misty River Lodge and won’t be our last. My family, including our little Jack Russell Terrier, loves Helen and Craig’s place. I especially love seeing how the gardens have evolved. We enjoy visiting the beaches up and down the coast — Scotts Head is a favourite — and we love to find new places to eat. Coffs Harbour is only a 45 minute drive north and South West Rocks is just 30 minutes south, so it’s a really central location and close to the highway but so quiet and peaceful. The bird song is relaxing and if you’re an early riser, you might even see the local swamp wallaby down near the creek. We were treated to fresh quail eggs, deliciously sweet tomatoes and tasty vegetables from the garden. As Helen said when we arrived… “Welcome home!” … because it does feel like a home away from home.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here at Mill Cottage. The location was great with beautiful views and close to everything. I highly recommend and we would definitley stay again in the future.

Wavebreak in Scotts Head is aptly named! We were mesmerized by the views, even in the rain - watching the surf was exhilarating. The apartment was well thought out with everything we needed for a relaxing overnight stay, excellent bed. Perfect for unwinding and taking in the ocean views. Highly recommend

Check in: out was simple, and we had a great instruction manual which gave us great ideas of things to do in surrounding areas. We had a lovely stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Port Macquarie! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. It had a calm, beachy vibe and felt like a perfect little retreat. The bed was super comfortable, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches like kitchen essentials, and local recommendations. The location was fantastic — close to the beach, cafes, and walking trails, yet still quiet and peaceful. Adele was responsive, friendly, and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Such a beautiful part of the world. It was lovely to wake up to views of the beach and ocean. The apartment has a great beach vibe with everything you need for a relaxing break. The online house book was a fabulous resource. Terrific walks around the area and if we had more time we would have loved to kayak up Salt Water Creek. Would highly recommend the apartment and South West Rocks.

We had a wonderful stay at Jan’s lovely property! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Jan was a fantastic host — warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond if we had any questions. One of the highlights of our stay was meeting Andie, Jan’s beautiful dog. Andie is incredibly friendly and well-behaved — she made us feel even more at home. Thank you, Jan, for your hospitality and for sharing your beautiful home (and Andie!) with us. We would absolutely love to come back again.

The cute Coastal Getaway hosted by Irene felt super homely. We stayed the night on the way up to the Gold Coast and she was super accomodating with a late arrival from Sydney ensuring that we had easy access. Super easy to get to and find. Would highly recommend!

An excellent place to stay. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Just what we needed after the long drive from Sydney. Breakfast cereal was provided and that was a nice touch. Would definitely like to stay here again on a future trip.

We loved our stay. we did a walk down to the beach, along the boardwalk at Urunga and at the rainforest in Dorrigo! the place was clean and spacious.

We had such a lovely weekend away at Jennies place. She was a great host, helpful and responsive! The place was comfortable and cosy, on a peaceful street with the beach and shops just a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

What an amazing place to stay, just what we needed and would happily stay here again when we visit family again in Port Macquarie. Great views and close to all the brilliant places that the area has to offer. Spacious apartment with a big living and dining area and comfortable beds. There’s even a great little pub with friendly staff, great locals and delicious food right next door which was a great surprise.

Absolutely lovely beach-side stay, lots of natural light inside and kept very clean. Cafe, restaurants and chemist within short walking distance. Photos are accurate, homely feels and simple instructions/guest book details. Will book again.
