We are so happy we have found this beautiful gem. We will come back for sure! Our arrival was a bit stressful as we were trying to arrive quickly before the roads were closed (due to floods) and Jill helped us along the way even organizing a really early check in! We were also lucky to stay another night as the roads were still closed or just newly opened. The place is beautiful in the rain and bathed in the sunshine. We saw so many birds and loved saying hi to the chickens everyday. It is cosy, well furnished and extremely comfortable! It really feels like home! We will recommend it to friends and family when they come to this part of the world!

Really lovely night away in the country! Our dog loved running free around the property and our toddler enjoyed the little forest trail walk, feeding the goats and he enjoyed the ducks. We added a lovely farmers brekkie hamper to our booking which we really enjoyed too. Thank you ☺️

Great place to relax and unwind with complete privacy! Outdoor bath is unreal to star gaze or watch the setting sun from! Plenty of space to play some lawn games, enjoy the peaceful nature outlook and even have a dip in the creek! Comfortable unit with full kitchen which I always appreciate! We have booked with Ned a few times in the past for both us or our parents, and everyone loves staying here. It's the perfect stopover when driving from Sydney to Brisbane. The cottage is so quiet, cosy, well set up and we love how dog friendly it is. Just a short trip from the highway and incredibly convenient. Also run by such a beautiful family. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Beautiful decorated oasis. The spa was amazing. Property was clean and very welcoming. We arrived stressed to the max and left feeling very relaxed. Loved the view and wildlife roaming and the kangaroos were an added bonus.

The property is beautiful and so peaceful! We very much enjoyed the atmosphere even in heavy rains we were nice and cosy looking out at the rain on the river!

Sam and Caitie's property is beautiful, and the the view from the accomodation was special. Our toddler was enthralled by the chickens and cows, and the novelty of picking mandarins fron a tree to eat. The location is great, close to town and easy access to beautiful Dorrigo and Bongil Bongil National Parks. Sam and Caitie are responsive hosts and looked after us during our stay.

Roz was super accommodating with our last minute request to stay. We were so grateful to have a ‘home away from home’, for the duration of a course I was attending nearby and to share the cosy, private and peaceful space with our dogs. The sofa bed I front of the fire was a big novelty for our daughter, and we all stayed very warm thanks to the plentiful firewood provided. Beautiful north western mountain views from the elevated site and wonderful sunsets to wind down with in the evening. Comfy beds, fresh linen and quiet nights left us all refreshed and ready to explore and enjoy the wonders of Biripi and Worimi country. Thanks Roz! I will certainly recommend.

Above and beyond. Stephen and Jude really put 110% in hosting their Airbnb. It's something you don't see often. The place was sweaky clean, which is hard to believe for a place that hosts so many pets! The attention to detail is impeccable, it's well stocked, and they provided a few treats for us and our doggo. The property is beautiful and the cabin is cosy. We spent a few days working there and had no issues with internet, even with video calls. Thanks so much for having us!

wow! where do I start. the serenity? the amazing views? the super clean well equipped cottage? the friendly thoughtful host? we loved everything about Sam's place, from the cosy fireplace to the sun-filled deck, the well maintained walking trails, secure yard for our pooch, comfy bed, ....the goats! We are already planning to return next year.

This was our first time booking through Airbnb, and my sister and I had such a wonderful time here. The place was very well presented, clean, tidy, and so peaceful. Fantastic Place. Loved absolutely everything. Huge bonus that we could have our beloved doggo with us. The pool and Tennis court were well used by us as was the back verandah where we ate, played games and just chilled. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

It was beautifully decorated, clean, and had all the amenities I could have asked for. The space was both cosy and stylish, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. We had an exquisite few days at Rosemary Cottage. Suzette was a fabulous host and was highly responsive which is always appreciated. We felt as if we’d been transported into a French villa during our stay. The cottage is beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly want for a relaxing stay. Beautiful linens in the bedrooms and the bathroom and laundry fixtures were excellent! Tastefully decorated throughout! There was nothing spared including a well stocked pantry with all essentials and spare provisions which you don’t always see in Air BnBs. So many spaces to sit and enjoy the ambience of a beautifully maintained cottage garden. And only a 5 minute walk up the lane way to the Main Street which has so many gorgeous coffee spots and eclectic shops with the Bello character. We will return hopefully for a much longer stay!

Michelle and Kim are beautiful hosts and their little cottage was an amazing halfway point for our trip up to Queensland. Our son loved the animals and the it was an amazing place to just relax, enjoy some nature and get some rest before the rest of our journey. So glad we didn't stay at a hotel!

Kerry was such a wonderful host for our stay. The accommodation was absolutely beautiful, very private and close to Old bar. The drive out was nice and scenic and as soon as you arrive it’s like a breath of fresh air. The fireplace was toasty and warm, the bathroom was very spacious and the place also boasts a big open kitchen space with all the condiments you need! We all had a room to ourselves which was a bonus. I will definitely be back for future occasions. Such a perfect spot for a weekend away immersed in nature’s beauty

Absolutely gorgeous property! We met Rob who showed us how to use the super cool lock that speaks to you and showed us around. He was super helpful and informative. When the wifi went down he and Lynn were super helpful and got it fixed straight away. The place is so unique and beautiful, we didn’t want to leave! The kitchen had everything we needed. There was a variety of snacks, plus milk and juice and a jug of cold water in the fridge. And also wine! We enjoyed playing go fish with the mini cards and our ‘homework’ decorating our board, it was so much fun. Definitely our best Airbnb experience and can’t wait to book again in the future!

Lovely little cottage. Very cosy and with a beautiful outlook exactly as shown in photos.

We know this lovely area fairly well and had just cleared out our place nearby prior to settlement of its sale. Steve's place was a lovely place to stay after we had cleared ours out and it just suited our needs. We intend staying again as we will still be visiting close family in the area from time to time and Steve's place ticks all our boxes.

The cottage evokes a sense of nostalgia from the moment you enter the front gate, it has such a warm and inviting sense about it, it would have been nice to stay longer. the visits from the horses, cow and wallabies were an added bonus.
