With it's own front door, you're welcome to come and go as you please. The property is on a lovely row of Victorian villas in a Conservation Area which overlooking the sea and the pier.

We spent a lot of time an effort creating something that you'd want to come back to and we can't wait to welcome you! It's newly refurbished with a private entrance and lock key box, only 2 minutes walk from the train, 3 minutes from bars, restaurants and shopping, and 6 from the beach. With a comfortable king size bed with hotel bedding, 42" tv and a rainfall shower in the travertine mosaic tiled wet room. Free parking outside outside 11-1pm on weekdays and all the time 50m up the road.

Stylish self contained annexe with parking

The Old Town Annexe is a 12 minute stroll to the Historic Hastings Old Town and is on the cusp of the beautiful Hastings Country Park with it's wonderful walks and breathtaking views. The Annexe is self contained and benefits from off road parking, accessed via a pathway, and its own outdoor area with bistro table and seating. Internally there is a private bathroom with shower over bath, tea and coffee making facilities, milk and breakfast cereals, fridge, double bedroom and a sofa bed.

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Accommodation includes a separate bedroom with king size bed, separate compact bathroom, kitchen/diner/living room. The property is accessed through the main front door, there is no separate entrance for the apartment but you will have complete privacy during your stay. All the doors have locks.

There is off road parking for small and medium vehicles and street parking for larger ones. The bedroom has 2 single beds & the bathroom has a bath & shower. Dani was so kind and welcoming—the kind of host who makes you feel at home instantly. She even recommended a lovely breakfast spot and sketched a simple map to West Hill (though I eventually used Google Maps, haha!). The view there was so healing. My two days in Hastings were the slowest-paced yet most relaxing part of my trip. Even just staying on the second floor felt cozy and familiar. As for the house? Simply fantastic—no complaints at all! Would love to stay here again. Thank you, Dani!

Owner is a very nice, kind, easy-going lady, she even prepared a lovely breakfast for us at the morning . Her place is easy to find. The room is big, clean and sweet, what’s more, the room’s window face the ocean, no blocked by stuffs, wonderful!

My boyfriend and I stayed for a summer weekend night and enjoyed the location (minutes from lots of fun pubs with live music and the seaside eateries), the room (bigger than I expected), the bathroom (in our exclusive use, a great shower), and the breakfast chat with Peter. We got lots of local recommendations. Peter and Jo were lovely hosts and we'd happily stay again when in Hastings.

I only stayed for two nights, but it was a really pleasant experience. Kiloran was a friendly and thoughtful host, and it was clear they had gone to great effort to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The room had everything you’d need, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. I was honestly sorry my trip was such a quick one — I’d happily stay again!
