Holiday rentals with a patio in Hart im Zillertal

The views of Innsbruck and the surrounding mountains from this apartment are fabulous! The apartment has floor to ceiling windows and a huge outdoor terrace. The mechanical blinds on the windows provide privacy and darkness when desired. The apartment had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a large open floorplan for the kitchen and living area between the 2 bedrooms...it felt very spacious. The apartment was very well-designed and comfortable. There is a parking spot available in a garage that is a 2-3 minute walk away. There is also a bus stop 2-3 minutes away to travel down into Innsbruck. You can also take a bus or walk up the hill (about 10 minute walk) to take the funicular down into Innsbruck or the cable car up near the peak of the mountain. Our hosts were kind people who were helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place!

I was with my boyfriend and our child for a week in this wonderful accommodation with this great family. Everything was as described and pictured in the photos. The apartment was even much larger than we expected. We were able to visit the animals on the farm every day, which was really great and made the holiday something special. By car, you can quickly reach the nearest supermarket and numerous opportunities to do something. Absolutely recommended from our point of view. Thanks for the hospitality!

We had very nice days in Christa's apartment! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, a beautiful garden and a fantastic view of the mountains from the living room. There is a lot to discover in the area and you can also hike directly from the farm. Christa and her family are really child-friendly, very nice and helpful. Thank you again!

We're not sure where to begin, but Bettina's spot in Innsbruck was the home for our visit. Nestled at the top of the city near Nordkette, you are seeing breathtaking views each moment of the day. Alongside this, you are right next to the mountain gondola that can take you all the way to the top or down to the city below. On top of this, the home was excellent. Modern appliances, large space, and perfect for a couple getaway, we enjoyed resting in this place between all of our travels. Lastly, this place wouldn't be as good as it is without the kindness from Bettina and Jason. We met them both on our first day there, and Bettina gave us a great tour of the home, and offered to help us with anything we needed. She provided great recommendations in the city for us, and it was nice to know we had a local source for things to do! I couldn't recommend this place enough if you are traveling through Innsbruck. The accommodation is even better than it looks in the photos. It's totally new. We stayed 3 nights but it had everything we needed for a long stay. The kitchen was fully furnished, the bedroom is large, there was plenty of storage space, the lights are dimmable, the electric blinds, the bed is very large and comfortable. Taking a nap listening only to the birds outside was a joy. The accommodation has a small wooden porch where we had breakfast every day watching the bell tower and the cows grazing in the meadow next to the house. You leave the car right next to your accommodation, which is very practical. The setting is beautiful, you can see the mountains, the green meadows, snow in the background, pine trees... completely idyllic. Small but practical bathroom. There is a Spar and some services nearby and it is very well located to get to know the area: Innsbruck, Hall in Tirol, Arena Coaster, etc. I would stay again and I recommend it 100%

Elena was very welcoming and responsive. Nicely decorated apartment with everything we needed for our stay. The location is very peaceful (late May) and the village is only a five minute walk.

Our stay was perfect, the apartment is great, you overlook the Inn Valley and look forward to being greeted by the cows and the cat every time. The family is super sweet and helpful. If you have a car to get to the mountain, it is a highly recommended accommodation!

Beautiful cottage in great location! The house was very clean, communication with the hosts straightforward and friendly. The quiet location near Innsbruck was ideal for excursions and rest. Absolutely recommended!

We were traveling with a larger group for skiing and stayed in Kirsten's great Blueberry house. The approach to the house is very steep, but there was no fresh snow with us, so it was easily feasible. In the immediate vicinity of the house is the ski bus, so you did not need the car. The place is very clean and you have a great view of the mountain through the panoramic window in the living room. In the kitchen you will find all the utensils you need for cooking and there are several coffee machines. Kirsten was always available and helped us immediately if we had any questions. We will be happy to come back!

A great place with plenty of privacy. Modern and new. Everything sparkling clean and easy to use. Top service and super accessible. Super location and super bright. Great kitchen amenities and a super working gas grill.

Hermanns place was cozy with lots of natural light and character. Great fenced in backyard, perfect for our dog. Very easily accessible to multiple skiing areas and extremely accessible from the Autobahn. Many options for grocery shopping and eating nearby. Hermann was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit again!

Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and high-quality furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was forecast. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the large amount of wood. From Großweil, you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets, if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got just that. The chalet was well furnished and in a fantastic location. The amenities are excellent and the interior is perfectly coordinated. With hot tub and sauna, the overall package is excellent! The uncomplicated check-in and check-out is very positive. Highly recommended!

We take the best memories from our 1-week stay in the beautiful and perfectly furnished apartment. The accommodation is highly recommended, corresponds exactly to the description and looks even more beautiful than in the pictures. Rainer is an excellent host who is always available for questions. Also, we found his provided information material perfect. We found everything very clean and the view from the balcony into the lush greenery is beautiful even in the rain. The region with a variety of well signposted hiking trails is perfect for active holidays on one side and slowing down on the other. The Schliersee is just a few minutes' walk away. Shopping facilities and the bakery are within walking distance in a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and had a great time. We really lacked nothing. Absolutely lucky! Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back :)

Great location in the Alps, with close vicinity to Schwaz, cute and historical town, and for winter enthusiasts Ski resorts too. The apartment is large with amazing amount views; highly recommended.

We stayed at the property for a week. All was just perfect. The apartment is well equipped, there was nothing missing. When our daughter surprisingly wanted to stay overnight, it was no problem at all. We were completely satisfied with everything. A small supermarket and a bakery are within walking distance. We would book the place again in a heartbeat.

we stayed with 3 people in the apartment. The sofa bed with topper is a great place to sleep for the 3rd and possibly 4th person. Everything is present in the apartment and it is very clean. A perfect stay for skiing in Seefeld. Also nice base for hiking in the karwendel area. Jan responds quickly and is friendly. Great price-quality ratio.

The place was wonderful. Easy to reach the buses and travel around the city. It was just outside of town so enjoyed the quietness of evening. Rooftop deck was a bonus to relax on. We would definitely stay there again and recommend this place.
