Had a fabulous weekend at Melissa & Tom’s property which is in an excellent location, 5 to 10 mins from quality bars and restaurants. Easy check in with on site parking and in a lovely quiet location. Wife particularly pleased with the main bed as she has hip problems bless her. Can easily recommend this property for a weekend or week away and wife is already wanting to book here for later in the year.

Paul sent excellent directions for us to make our way from the train station and then he met us upon our arrival. This accommodation is very bright, clean and comfortable and in a fantastic location. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed to make our own meals. All the kitchen ware is a very nice quality. Paul left us a generous welcome package of fruit and treats which was greatly appreciated. Paul is a caring and attentive host and it was lovely to meet him. We look forward to our next visit. That saying “The Pictures don’t do it justice” is exactly true for Diane’s apartment - the pictures looked beautiful but the reality is even better. Very clean and everything you need. Great location and such a beautiful town with friendly people - we got the train into York one day, the station was less than a 10 min walk (station cafe is AMAZING) - all in all a great stay and hope we can come back again soon - thanks Diane! I can't recommend the property or Karen as a host highly enough. Peaceful location yet only a 10 minute walk into York. The apartment is spotless, modern and comfortable. From the initial booking right up until check out, Karen has been very helpful and responsive. We've had a fantastic time and will definitely book here again.

Where to begin! We had a fantastic stay in Manchester at the Boutique Penthouse. From the beginning, Warren had great communication and was incredibly responsive and friendly. We particularly appreciated the local food and drink recommendations. The apartment was simply beautiful!! It’s in a great location and was easy to find (particularly with the thorough instructions Warren provided). It’s located above a very lively street, with plenty of fabulous little shops, bars, and cafés. The penthouse location creates a quiet little oasis to relax after a busy day exploring. The kitchen and living room space is beautifully presented, and incredibly inviting. We felt right at home! The master bedroom is no different, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom is absolutely stunning, and is reminiscent of a 5 star spa. Warren truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, with plenty of special little touches along the way. We would book again without hesitation!

Great apartment in a very central location. It was ideal for us going to the arena for a gig. Brilliant views across the city. Really spacious and super comfy beds! Enrico was very kind to let us check out a bit later too. Would love to stay again.

Aaron is an excellent host. We stayed for a month with our dog. We were made to feel welcome from the start to the end of our visit. The accommodation is great we felt comfortable and relaxed. The location is good for shops, takeaways and not far from the city centre. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Aaron.

Wow, what an incredible place! Easily the quirkiest and most memorable stay we've ever had. It’s the perfect balance between homely comfort and modern style. Sleeping in the vault room of a former bank was such a surreal experience. The photos honestly don’t capture just how cool and thoughtfully designed this space really is. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is right at your fingertips. Rob was fantastic too - super helpful and proactive with communication from start to finish. We couldn’t recommend this stay more highly!

We had a lovely stay here. Sue was there when we arrived to welcome us but had also sent me the code for the lock in case she wasn’t there. Great communication before hand . The flat was lovely and cosy. Coffee teas , fresh milk and juice. Bread/ eggs/ cereal for breakfast. A bathroom to die for . Jacuzzi bath with separate shower. A cupboard filled with of toiletries. Fresh/ soft and fluffy towels. Only negative was the floor boards were a little squeaky . Hopefully us being up till 3am didn’t keep people awake . Location chosen as not far in a taxi from a wedding venue we were attending. Happily recommend . Brighouse is a lovely little town We arrive on a 1940’s weekend festive so lots to do and see during the day. Highly recommend .

One of the best stays I ever had. Great location, about 10 mins walk to Centre and train station. The place is clean with everything provided of high quality and spotless. Comfortable bed and a fully functional kitchen. I will certainly come back in future. Highly recommend

Lionel and his partner are incredible hosts with a great flat that is seconds away from some of the best locations in Manchester. The building's amenities are fantastic and there are great views from both the flat balcony and the pool. Greatly enjoyed my stay and happy to meet them.

I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.
