Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Harpeth River

We stayed at Jill’s place for three nights and really enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The surrounding area was walkable to many restaurants, bars, live music, ice cream and cvs.

We really enjoyed our stay at Richard’s place! He was an awesome host - he welcomed us into his home and gave us plenty of tips and advice for our time in Nashville. The space itself was great. Very spacious and Richard had thought of all the amenities that might be needed. Great location, close to lots of shops and the bus route to downtown. Cheers Richard! 😊

Our stay was amazing! We went out to compete in a volleyball tournament, and have a nice place to stay once we were finished and on days off. Couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful location, and the indoor space was even better than expected! Paula even invited us to come out and have s’mores on Memorial Day Saturday, and her husband was always very kind if we ever crossed paths out and about. Best Air B&B stay we’ve had!

Loved our stay! Very cozy home and the owners have made it very welcoming. Comfortable bed and couch, large bathroom, and lots of little touches like snacks and a Brita filter. Location is great, so close to lots of great restaurants and shops and the neighborhood felt very safe and walkable. And surprisingly quiet at night! We would definitely return in the future.

This was the absolute perfect stay. It was so peaceful, quiet, clean, (cute). Julie is also so incredibly sweet. Would stay here again no question. Lovely home!

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars

My first time visiting Nashville not knowing what to expect but the one thing you want to know is that you have a nice place to stay at during your visit.. Christy made sure just that was going to happen! Her place is very clean, neat and not cluttered at all. It was the perfect size apartment for the 2 of us! Christy was very proactive in getting all the needed information to me and was very responsive. The bed was clean and comfortable. Everything was in working order! The location is in a quiet area and close to Edgehill Village that has shopping , restaurants and the best ice cream parlor! 10 minute drive to downtown on broadway! Uber is fairly priced if you get dropped off near downtown or picked up just outside of it. 100% recommend!!!

Awesome home, relaxing, peaceful and comfortable. I came all the way from the Big Island of Hawaii and this was my first time in Tennessee. The location was perfect for the event at the Factory. We stayed two days and we where very happy. Thank you Audrey for the great restaurants suggestions. If we are every in Tennessee or have any one who is going there we will be sure to recommend your place. Mahalo nui loa, Malia

Danielle was such a great host! We felt like we were meeting an old family friend for a week long getaway. Excellent location and beautiful carriage house, well appointed. Very peaceful and safe surrounding neighborhood. Danielle was always responsive and lovely and full of great local recommendations for food/coffee, etc. Will return!

Absolutely adored staying here! Very cute space with everything you need. Hosts were very friendly and responsive, and location was perfect — easy to get to and not to far from anywhere we wanted to go. Also loved the fenced in backyard for our pups! 10/10 would stay here again next time we’re in Nashville.

This place was amazing. It looked great, was spacious, all the amenities were well thought through. Not to mention, the bed was incredibly comfortable. Linda was very responsive, king and helpful aswell. I will be coming back to stay :)

James had a great place to stay for a couple of nights when visiting. Very private, quiet, and clean. Very short drive to everything you’d need when in Nashville.

The room was perfect and I loved the location. We walked to 12th street and to Hattie Bs. Walter was quick to respond! Had a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Jimmy’s place. Jimmy was very nice and easy to communicate with. The location is fantastic and close to the “happenings “. The AirBnb was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The overall experience was great. Would definitely stay there again.

This is the perfect place to stay! Great location, away from the noise but close enough to walk to restaurants, Broadway and other local attractions. The pool was one of the highlights. Abigail was a great host. Extremely responsive and provided detailed instructions for everything needed. Highly recommend. 

This was my second time staying at this unit! No surprises in 6 years. Still very clean, comfortable beds & lots of amenities! My only suggestion would be a little touch up paint here & there. 12th south has grown a lot since 2019!! More restaurants, shops, etc. Great general location as well. Would not hesitate to recommend.
