Loft holiday rentals in Harpeth River

Perfect location. We walked everywhere. Had a concert at Nissan stadium, couldn’t have been more convenient to the walkover bridge and to Broadway. Parked our rental car in the parking garage right across the street. If I was forced to say a suggestion - Felt like the AC was struggling to keep up. This place was exactly what I was looking for. Would 100% stay again!

Great experience, awesome loft that was walkable to everything in downtown Nashville. Responsive host. Place looked like the photos and the description was accurate. Would return in the future!

We had a great stay here! The space was absolutely immaculate, and very well appointed. It is quite a bit larger than it appears on the photos. The bed is very comfortable and the air-conditioning is quiet and effective. Linda met us for check-in, even though we had a delayed flight and arrived after 2 AM. she gave us very clear instructions about the place. The neighborhood is absolutely wonderful, full of very charming houses and bars and restaurants. It was about about a half hour walk to downtown, which was an enjoyable walk. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, and felt very safe. I would highly recommend staying here!

For a busy weekend in Nashville this was the perfect space for us.

This was hands down the best Airbnb we have rented. The place was well stocked with snacks, coffee and toiletries. The first morning the owners sent a text asking if we needed anything. We requested an extra blanket and within an hour they had someone showed up with two. We had 8 people in total and we worked through the single bathroom without issue and the beds worked for our group. Included onsite parking was great and it was never a problem to find a spot. We felt safe walking at night. The location was exactly what we wanted.

This was our first time in Nashville and this AirBnb was in the perfect spot! Surrounded by nature and great dining spots! The firefly’s at night were one of our favorite parts!

It was a perfect location to be in the town square where all the shops and restraunts were. The Loft had everything possible to host your family and be able to relax. Definetly would recommend this beautiful place. We had a small baby shower for my future grandbaby and Carey had everything there to accommodate the event. This made it very special with all her touches of glassware and party essentials. Thank you so much to Carey for supplying such a wonderful place.

We loved our stay at Jason‘s place! We liked that it had free parking and it was gated. Jason has gone over and above on the things that he makes available for guest to use. It is very conveniently located in a safe neighborhood for an easy access walk to the downtown area. We will most definitely stay at this Airbnb again! Thank you so much, Jason!

Located in a safe area in Nashville, we truly enjoyed this spacious loft style appartment. The broadway is in walking distance and at night it’s easy to get a taxi back to the place. After hours of music the quiteness of the appartment is more than welcome. It‘s clean, got all the necessary amenities, a super comfortable bed and welcoming feel to it. The host is very responsive and helpful even with short term requests. Being able to get a gated parking lot for our rental car was a welcome plus. Definitely a place to come back to. Great location in The Gulch. Comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen, good light. Was nice to be able to use the washer/dryer. Great little grocery store and cute coffee shops across the street.

We had a wonderful stay at this loft on our girls’ trip. Everything was exactly as described. Check-in and out were easy. We found the space to have everything we needed including coffee and creamer in the kitchen and shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. The area was very walkable. We walked to the Broadway bar and music scene several times, plus to Centennial Park, the wings mural, the Walk of Fame, and several restaurants. We ubered to and from the airport and the Grand Ole Opery, and our drivers had no problem finding the place. We had hoped to use the pool, but it just wasn’t warm enough to swim while we were there. We did go check it out though, and found the space to be nice. All in all, it was a good trip, and I would recommend Hunter’s place.

My mom and I enjoyed our stay!! We absolutely loved and appreciated this cute little loft. It was home away from home. The animals truly put a smile on our faces! I highly recommend that anyone coming to Franklin for the weekend stay here!
