In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed 160 cm. There is an option to burn in the small fireplace. Bedlinen and towels are included and you make your bed yourself. Washing machine, iron and ironing board available. Self check in via key box with code at entrance door. The landlords live in the house next door. The person who books is staying overnight.

The house is located about 5 km from E4 and 8 km from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are brought by the guest or can be rented for 150 SEK/set. TV and Wifi are available. On the property there is a gym with table tennis and a wood-fired sauna to dispose of. In summer there is also heated swimming pool. One further accommodation in large apartment can also be rented.

Welcome to our lovely little guesthouse in beautiful Acktjära. The house is located on our farm and has the forest at the back and a small outdoor place with barbecue possibilities at the front. In winter there is a ski trail outside the knot of about 5km. On the farm there is also a playground for children of all ages. Here you can find the peace and quiet and outdoor life with many nice forest paths to explore. Only 4 km to Bollnäs golf club with 18 hole course and several bathing areas within short distance by car.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop 4 min walk. The house is timbered in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from the death of the wastehouse when it was moved here. The decor is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna bath. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. Welcome to our little cottage. This house was built in 1901 and is filled with Swedish countryside charm. - 1km walk from a lake - 2.5 hours from Stockholm with public transport. Bus stop is 200m away - Cabin has electricity but NO WATER. Tanks can be filled with water approximately 30 m from the cabin. - Bring your own bedsheets - Outdoor toilet - Kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and oven. Small barbecue outside.
