Our newly renovated and lovingly furnished holiday home (95 square meters) in a terraced house location has a generous amount of space. Behind the house is a cozy terrace and a large fenced garden and lawn area. The terraced house, located close to the outskirts, offers excellent opportunities for walkers and cyclists to enjoy nature in a maximum of 5 minutes on beautiful hiking and cycling trails. Nearby supermarkets, restaurants and gas stations offer everything your heart desires.

Modernly converted overseas container as a tiny house

The modern residential unit consists of upcycling overseas containers. The disused freight containers have found a new home with us - a safe harbor in Wertheim. From the creative upcycling idea, not only our environment benefits, but also you. The Tiny House offers you everything you would expect from a modern microhouse on 26m². A kitchenette, a private terrace, an illuminated parking space right outside the front door and the good feeling of living in your own house.

Farm: A different way of living.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Idyllic vacation home in the Odenwald

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

Apartment in Walldürn with fantastic garden

You live in a historic building, built in 1799 by the Princes of Mainz as a forestry administration, in Rippberg - a district of the pilgrimage town of Walldürn in the Odenwald region of Baden. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

Beautiful bright studio in Möckmühl

The apartment is situated in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a light room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping possibility and has a wide of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 persons. On the sofa there is a foam padding of about 6 cm. A normal bed is used as another sleeping option. Parking is very close by.

A little time out

The accommodation: The self-contained apartment is on the upper floor of a two-family house in an idyllic location. The bedroom with double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) is nicely spacious. The beautifully cut and open living-dining room is equipped with a table for four, as well as a comfortable sofa bed with TV. The dining room leads to the roof terrace with awning, from which you have a fantastic view.

Vacation apartment in beautiful Erftal

Our apartment (100 square meters) with old building charm has been tastefully furnished with a lot of love for detail, so that you can immediately feel at home. The apartment is located on the edge of Hardheim on a main road, yet not far from numerous hiking and biking trails. The proximity to nature makes the heart of cyclists, mountain bikers (trails about 1.5 km away) and hikers beat faster.

Beautiful spacious apartment for the whole family The 3-room apartment (for 1 to 8 people) is on the first floor and has a separate entrance.  The apartment is approximately 95 m², with a terrace of approximately 45 m² and a balcony of 6 m². Note: Pets are welcome. We charge a one-time fee of €70 for each animal.

Great for Families or for People who need a real break from the city, maybe just with a friend- no internet- just the fire-place, a good wine and good talk, or hot chocolate and a nice fairytale. (we sell our own game- to make it even more authentic).
