our stay at staycation cottages in bakewell was lovely. the love nest Lodge was very quaint and well equipped. the bathroom was especially layed out nicely. I enjoyed the access to the football playing area, pool area and the swimming pool. we used the bbq area once and made full use of the boot room for leaflets and information for our stay would definitely return back

This is a beautiful let to stay at, The pool is magnificent and the house is top class. Loads of hidden features all around and a ginormous TV! Great hosts & Lovely plot & local area. Highly recommend Bears Paw for food just 5 mins away. Thank you, We would love to come back

The house was absolutely incredible and excellent value for money. It was in stunning surroundings, the hot tub was amazing and the exclusive booking system for use of the pool was a lovely addition. The house was spotless and full of character and the private garden was also wonderful. The beds were really comfortable and there was just the right balance of charm, space and comfort. We definitely struck gold when booking this gem. Thanks so much for all of your support in making this a trip to remember!

What a wonderful stay at Manor Farm. The house was beautiful, well maintained, extremely spacious and very comfortable. The surrounding countryside was stunning, with great food being served in nearby pubs and plenty of places to visit. Great space for youngsters too, with the wildlife - baby rabbits, sheep and birds and of course the swimming pool and games room, all of which they loved. Thanks to the hosts for their welcome and hospitable atmosphere.

Great value for money. Can't stress enough how friendly and reliable the staff were. We had a lovely week stay, the house was clean, the beds were comfy and the scenery was perfect. We were informed of the booking system for the swimming pool and games room, so you could have the room to yourself which was great. The pool was clean, the games room was kept tidy and the house surroundings were really lovely to walk around. You can tell the grounds were well maintained and kept in good shape as the workers never stopped, but were always so friendly. This property is perfect for bike riders, walkers and pub crawlers. You couldn't get bored.

We had such a wonderful stay at this lovely spot in Tean. It was a beautiful find. peaceful, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Sophie was a fantastic host: friendly, responsive, and clearly thoughtful. The little touches throughout the house made it feel extra special and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again

A really lovely property that was perfect for our family of the Festive period. It was very well kept and provided a lovely place to stay. The host was very responsive to any queries raised and we will definitely stay again.

Lovely property, exactly as shown and well appointed. Excellent hosts who contacted us to ensure we had settled in and if there were any issues. We did bring something to their attention and it was sorted out within hours. We are sure they weren't aware of the issue. Hosts clearly take their duties seriously and they were a pleasure to deal with. If we had cause to visit Stoke again, we would stay here again.

Great hosts who couldn’t have been more proactive and helpful. The house was decorated tastefully and had everything you would need. They allowed us an earlier check in and later check out, thank you for being flexible. A couple of downsides for us that should probably be mentioned is that the stairs are VERY narrow and steep, closer to that of a ladder, and both toilets are upstairs. So if you are elderly, very young, or have knee issues, they are hard to use. Secondly, it’s right on a main road so you have constant noise all night. They do supply ear plugs (I didn’t notice till the morning after as they were on my husband’s side and he had failed to mention🙄😂). If you are 4 couples it’s great value, as a family of 6, it’s always a little expensive. Lovely little touches like sweets and chocolates for the children. I would recommend to others as the place and hosts are great, but the noise and stairs would put me off staying again.

Yew Tree Farm was a perfect spot for our annual meetup. The children loved the garden space and it was great having the two sitting rooms and large dining table looking out across the neighbouring fields. We had a couple of lovely walks into neighbouring Gnosall and Norbury Junction - enjoying a pint by the canal on both outings. Definitely a spot that ticked all the boxes!

Well this place it truly amazing, beautiful, comfortable and well set out, we were truly thrilled and blown away by the whole place Would definitely recommend 200%

a magical stay, that was just what we needed. we had lots of fun wild swimming, using the kayaks, BBQ and lots of lovely walks near by. Great for families or a romantic getaway. We feel we have found a very special place, and hope to come back soon to create more happy memories

We've just spent a great week exploring and walking this part of the Peak District - staying at Peter's wonderful home Saunters in Darley Dale. Everything about Saunters is perfect - perfect location, quiet and peaceful with wonderful views across the countryside from the lounge and conservatory. Saunters provides a spacious and comfortable home in which to relax and unwind.

It was a great place, well located for Shrewsbury town centre with a pleasant walk along the river to get there. I would definately stay here again. Note: finding the property can be tricky when following 'sat nav', and working out how to reverse a car into the off-road drive required a bit of strategic thought, but that all seemed to add to the experience! Jane was professional and always there to help, due to longer stay than expected. Home was great and information provided on local attractions and food. Jane always answered all questions and enquires in a timely manner and was on hand to help .

Stayed for a week while relative was at Stoke hospital. Took less than 10 mins to walk door to door to hospital, along well lit road. Take aways and small grocery shops nearby. So was perfect location for our purpose. Beds were comfortable, well equipped kitchen, good overall value and Brian was a great host, very responsive and helpful. Thanks!
