Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Hamurana

We couldn't have asked for a better stay in Rotorua. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I especially loved that I could walk from the house to the trails in the Whakarewarewa Forest.

Cozy and comfortable. Everything you need for an extended stay. Quick communication. Far enough away for privacy but still close to town center

Beautiful stay nearby to Rotorua, white water rafting and geothermal areas. The bathtub on the deck is absolutely huge and definitely the highlight.

This place was amazing! The view alone is spectacular! The whole house revolves around this beautiful view and it is stunning. This is such a beautiful part of NZ. The rolling hills, the mountain, the beautiful cattle pastures, the bike trails and more just add to this awesome area. My family loved this house. There was so much to do, the hot tub, the basketball court, the trampoline, the games, the grill, and more. This house is decorated very well the linen, the beds, the living room are all beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped. The yard is beautiful. Catherine and Megan are excellent hosts. They are very helpful and kind. We truly appreciated them sharing their little slice of paradise with us. Thank you!

Bill was exceptional. Was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole trip. We absolutely LOVED our stay, probably the best airbnb host I have come across and I have stayed in many. We had a fantastic stay at Toka Ridge, booking the beautiful “Toka 4 – Koko” villa. It was a last-minute trip to Rotorua, and we truly lucked out finding this absolute gem. The villa was spotless, spacious, and tastefully designed, a perfect home away from home. Check-in was seamless and hassle-free, setting the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. The villa had everything we needed and more, including a luxurious spa pool an absolute highlight, especially with Rotorua’s cozy, rainy weather! For those new to the area, the guest book provided at the property is incredibly helpful. It’s full of local recommendations, tips, and helpful information to make the most of both the home and the Rotorua experience. A big thank you to our host, Liam, who was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Toka Ridge exceeded our expectations the kids loved it, we loved it, and we’re already planning our next visit!

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I can't recommend it enough. We booked it for a night for a hens party and the look on guests faces when they arrived was priceless. Such a hidden gem in Katikati, and well worth the drive there if you are considering staying. The house was spectacular and so accommodating to a large group of people, with a lovely courtyard for outdoor activities. The little cottages were also a lovely surprise for guests and so well maintained. Laura's communication was also excellent. I would love to visit again one day. . . and stay for a week!

The Villa is super stunning and rustic with all and more than needed ammenities. Our group thoroughly enjoyed spending an evening here. Laura was also super helpful and quick with communication and clear instructions. Definitely would love to go back for a longer stay and possibly even make use of the space for events. Such a beautiful home with a beautiful view of the city. We really enjoyed a soak in the spa after our busy day. Wished we stayed longer, so will definitely look at staying here again. The host is friendly and fast to communicate! My friends and I enjoyed our stay :)

Our stay was awesome! lovely for a good break away from the busy auckland life. The pool & amenities were just as they were on the pictures! dont forget insect repellant as the mosquitoes will eat you alive 😂 the only thing I can fault is the cabin rooms were hot at night but because of the mosquitoes we couldnt leave the windows open however they did supply a small fan wasn't much help though. otherwise I would highly recommend staying here 😊

We loved our stay in the cabin. We climbed Mt Te Aroha so the sauna was very welcome. The cabin was also gorgeously cosy, perfect.

it's our second time at Kath and Dave's place, and still fell in love with the beautiful surroundings! A warning though, if you are not a nature lover, or unable to live without the convenience of life e.g. no wifi, no tv, no radio, being mindful of your rubbish --- as it is just 100% serene surroundings --then you would not fall in love with this place! the fireplace is cool, amazing place to just be still, and slow down in life! There are so many things that you can enjoy when you look how great it is walking up with the birds singing, and the smell of fresh air!!!
