Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

The large, extraordinary loft-like apartment is centrally located in the trendy Schanze and Altona district. Beautifully located in the backyard with lots of greenery. In addition to the relaxed bedroom, there is a large work/dining/living room with its own tea/coffee station , which is integrated in the entrance area. A large terrace with seating area offers space for relaxation. NOTE: Entrance is done and kitchen is shared.

Mitten in der Stadt im begehrten Szeneviertel Sternschanze - St. Pauli und doch sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse, mit eigenem Garten lässt es sich bei mir so richtig schön entspannen :) Fussläufig zur Messe und zum Partyviertel, zu vielen leckeren Restaurants und guten Bar's, diversen Theatern und Musical's bis hin zu schönen Parks die zu einem Spaziergang einladen, hat man alles vor der Haustür was das Herz begehrt.

The duplex apartment is located on the 1st + 2nd floor of a terraced house. It captivates with the large, open plan living room with kitchen and the adjacent roof terrace. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms and a shower room. The large bedroom has a king size (1.80 x2 m)- and a queen size bed (1.40 x2 m). In the small sheep room is a queen size bed (1.40 x2 m). Your campsite: Located on the edge of an orchard surrounded by hedges and trees, you can choose a place for your tent on the meadow or a little hidden under the canopy of tall trees at the edge of the hedges. The meadow with your tent site is located directly adjacent to the picturesque grounds of our organic farm. Located on the meadows behind the farm, you can relax here in the middle of nature.

Our simple little house offers a well-equipped pantry, shower room/toilet, dining area, cozy sofa and tiled stove on the first floor. On the upper floor (space-saving stairs, see photos) box spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), satellite TV, large desk with view.
