Es ist ein "Pfeifenstielgrundstück“, dass heißt, es liegt etwas zurück, also nicht an der Straße. Daher ist es hier idyllisch ruhig. N E U: Die Tourismussteuern sind in meinem Preis enthalten. Ihr müsst bei mir nicht extra dafür zahlen.
