Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Halls Gap

The Grampians National Park is in the area making this an affordable base for day trips. Modern shower was great. Kitchen is small but staff were available to provide items from the Great Western Hotel Motel over the road.

Excellent location, check-in was very easy and accommodated my family and I well. It’s not easy to find places that are family and pet friendly so we really appreciated this stay. Highly recommend.

Robert is a wonderful host, not only was he able to provide us with lots of local knowledge of the area but he also made us feel right at home. Apart from being able to tell us of many local things to do he went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay, even providing a delicious home cooked meal for us. There is a very good pub about 100m up the road with great food and friendly locals. Bobs' house is very clean and comfortable set in the quaint village of Landsborough this is the perfect location to relax and wind down from the busy city life. Bob and his partner (and his lovely dog Molly), are special hosts making you feel comfortable and homely immediately. Highly recommended if you want an invigorating getaway in the country.

Fantastic place, very clean, modern inside with beautiful amenities and a very home like feel that is hard to find in any other Air BnB. The location was fab and the host absolutely amazing with her instructions and responsiveness. Would highly recommend to family and friends alike.

We had a great stay here with 10 friends, cooking up a big meal, and watching the kangaroos and fairy wrens. Lovely views of the Grampians. And plenty of room for everyone.

A lovely warm and clean home. We have been travelling on a week long getaway trek and not all Airbnb's are as advertised or as the images show. This property is an exception, it is spotless! We had the best sleep of our trip here. Very grateful for the opportunity to bring our dogs along and the morning vista to two hundred kangaroos enjoying breakfast outside your window adds that something special feel to your stay. Highly recommended.

Really relaxing stay! My best friend and I decided to get away for a few days for my birthday and check out the Aradale Asylum. The lake with all the ducks and pelicans was stunning, particularly as the sun started to set. I got some great photos. The accommodation was fantastic (with great heating!) and the park was so quiet, everyone staying there was really respectful. I can’t say what it’s like during school holidays or really busy periods but since me and my friend haven’t been able to organise a proper holiday in a while, spending a few days here was the perfect peaceful weekend away and just what we needed. Will definitely be back. This is my new favourite caravan park

The cabin we stayed in was modern & had all the amenities we could ask for. The environment around the cabin was peaceful with nice walking paths right out the front door. The staff were very responsive & helpful. The Grampians Rail Trail is a short ride from the cabin & Main Street Stawell was a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again the next time we stay in the region.

Very clean and comfortable, staff were lovely there especially Zack and Renae 10/10 customer service from those two, they even offered to drive me to the train station after my stay <3

Had a great stay at Gail's place. :) We really appreciated the responsiveness when booking as we were very last minute - booked within 24 hrs of arriving! The place was as advertised and the bed super comfy. As a few others have mentioned the bedroom blind doesn't block much light if you want to sleep in or have babies needing naps as we did. We added a blanket to block it out and were good. :) Thanks Gail!

Cabin was beautifully located. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and gazing across the lake. Hope to return.

It was a great experience, kid loved it! Super friendly and kind staff, ready to help and caring about the place! Beautiful surroundings clean and safe territory! Just keep in mind temperature outside before booking, ‘cause it is still a bus!

Everthing was smooth from check in to check out. Cabin was exactly as decribed in posting / photos. Surrounding was very peaceful thought the camping site was almost full.

Great idea and a fun experience. Not much privacy if travelling with others, but can make use of the shared amenities. Can get hot/cold but the heater/cooler worked enough to make it comfortable. My son loved it and didnt want to leave.

We really enjoyed our stay and the cabin was exactly as described. It was cosy and warm which was really appreciated by us Queenslanders!! We loved the photographic prints on the walls…. you are very talented Tim! We were also pleasantly surprised that many of the walks were open with limited fire damage.

Lovely cosy house with beautiful surroundings. Even with other accomodation around it was quite private. Lots of friendly cockatoos around as well :)

We love staying at Links Retreat. The house is very comfortable with great character. Brett keeps the firewood well supplied and there is great access to Chalambar Golf Course. We'll certainly be back!

Kookaburra was exactly what was advertised & ticked all the boxes for a comfortable, relaxing weekend away. Quality yet homely comforts & all amenities accounted for. Victoria was extremely attentive & helpful. Highly recommend.
