Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Halls Gap

The place is great to stay. Everything is clean and feels like home. The outside area was a bit in dust and we had to clean ourselves to make a bbq (which was working well). I really loved the house. We were suppose to stay for 1 more night but had a family emergency and had to vacate earlier. We’ve got 100% support front the host! I didn’t even expect but Victoria has made a refund for our vacated night even though it’s couldn’t be rent at this short notice which we really appreciated. I’m sad we couldn’t stay longer and for sure will return there again. Thanks a lot

Fantastic stay! Lynn was very responsive and helpful with everything. The house is clean, comfortable and beds are very comfortable. The surrounding area is peaceful with stunning views. The camp fire area is great at night and our kids loved waking up to the beautiful wildlife. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place in a stunning town/area. Stephen’s place has everything you could need for your stay. The fully equipped kitchen and indoor fire were greatly appreciated for nights at home. Would recommend for anyone heading to Halls Gap!

CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS BEAUTIFUL PLACE ENOUGH! Scott the farmer is super lovely, left out marshmallows for us to roast and prepped the wood fire outside. He came over when he noticed I was playing with his sheep and alpacas and went and got some treat food to hand feed them. The farm itself is beautiful but also super close to restaurants and the main area. Honestly would stay here everyday if I could it was just perfect in every way. Local farmers like Scott deserve the support.

Kelly was fantastic to communicate with, very responsive and helpful. She gave clear instructions for check in and had good information in the house for everything else. We had everything we needed kitchenwise, firefighters and loads of firewood and kindling for the fire pit, ample towels etc. location is as described and.... fantastic! Right in the centre of town, a moment's walk from everything. The backyard and deck have a cracking view east toward a beautiful Grampians vista, wild life abounds. Yard is semi closed in and safe for kids, although with lots of duck and roo poo on the back lawn, maybe not got great for a crawler. Only negatives were the lack of privacy with the neighbouring holiday house. (second night saw a large noisy contingent next door) and the capacity of the internet (second night, could not stream anything without it dropping out... first night was fine) but really who is watching tv in such a beautiful spot! Fantastic property, lovely host! Thank you

Wine down is absolutely stunning in every regard. Romantic. Very contemporary. Practical. We had our anniversary at Winedown at it was ideal!! Kitchen. Last out of house is very modern with separate living zones for different purposes. Main living pad. Stunning!! The perfect couple retreat. Thank you Liz! It has everything. Kitchen was new and modern. Clean. The living area very comfortable with perfect views. Bedroom has the king of views. The middle level was the bbq kitchen. Wow! Perfect for summer family bbq. Very ‘out of the norm’ concept and it was noticed. The back pad was a thoughtful ideal. In case the kids come along they had a quarters. Away from mum and dad. The house, the scenery, the location. Close to everything. The Winedown is a complete package! We will always recommend to our friends. In lovely Grampians. Thank you Liz. You are in a winner. Please don’t change.

Such a great spot for a family getaway! The rooms were super spacious and well maintained . We really liked having both indoor and outdoor kitchen options – made cooking easy and fun. The waterfront view was beautiful and so relaxing. Tons for the kids to do too – they loved the buggy bike and feeding the animals. There were plenty of activities to keep them happy and busy. Would totally come back!

Tim was super responsive to communication, even when we had to change our check in a few times. Tim went above and beyond to make sure we were ok. Great location and room had a great heater in it.

Easy few minute drive into town. Great view of kangaroos and emus with the mountain in the background. Short stroll to the pub on the corner. We’re readers, so loved having two couches to stretch out on.

A very nice stay in Halls Gap. The unit was small but neat and tidy. Lovely to feed the birds on the balcony and not far from the main street. Located back off the main road too, which meant not too much traffic noise. The air con is quite noisy and it was hot over the weekend and there were no fans available to use in the bedrooms. Otherwise a lovely stay, there were even apples and slices to enjoy as well. Would recommend!

Had a very comfortable night in the cabin. Had everything I needed for me and my dog.

Really relaxing stay! My best friend and I decided to get away for a few days for my birthday and check out the Aradale Asylum. The lake with all the ducks and pelicans was stunning, particularly as the sun started to set. I got some great photos. The accommodation was fantastic (with great heating!) and the park was so quiet, everyone staying there was really respectful. I can’t say what it’s like during school holidays or really busy periods but since me and my friend haven’t been able to organise a proper holiday in a while, spending a few days here was the perfect peaceful weekend away and just what we needed. Will definitely be back. This is my new favourite caravan park

The house was clean and uncluttered, David was very lovely to deal with and gave clear check in instructions. Nice and close to the centre of town, yet still waking up to kangaroos around the house, even seeing a deer out the back! Basic, no frills lodging, but cosy and comfortable. If you are looking for somewhere to escape the hustle and bustle, this is the perfect retreat.

We had a super nice stay at the C & C Park! The cabin had everything we needed, and it was so nice to relax on the small terrace at the end of the day. We liked the surroundings too. Stawell is a cute town :)

The cabin we stayed in was modern & had all the amenities we could ask for. The environment around the cabin was peaceful with nice walking paths right out the front door. The staff were very responsive & helpful. The Grampians Rail Trail is a short ride from the cabin & Main Street Stawell was a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again the next time we stay in the region.

Very clean and comfortable, staff were lovely there especially Zack and Renae 10/10 customer service from those two, they even offered to drive me to the train station after my stay <3

Cabin was beautifully located. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and gazing across the lake. Hope to return.
