William was an outstanding host, not only in the house and check-in instructions, but also having the house feel warm and welcoming to our us and our friends. They had snacks and cookies waiting for us even! The house and pool were gorgeous with great views of the lake and we couldn’t think of a better place to spend our vacation. There was plenty of space for us to relax and ample accommodations for me and our guests. Thank you, William, for such a great experience!

Great stay in every way…

Absolutely loved this place. Spacious, clean, quiet, and the hosts are very accommodating. They have the home stocked with everything you need. The pool area is perfect with complete privacy, equipped with a propane grill, extra towels and pool floats if needed. I will always book this place if we are headed to spend a few days out on lake Lanier. Love love love it.

I can’t say enough about how amazing Kathleen was about communicating. She was very accessible and helpful. The property was beautiful! The memories we shared with family will always be fantastic! We will definitely be back! Thank you Kathleen you went above and beyond!!!!!

This is an amazing property. It is secluded, yet close to everything you need. 8 min to grocery and other stores. Very peaceful. Deer frequently seen in back. Very open plan. Comfortably furnished. Of course the pool is great! Kitchen well appointed. Plenty of room to entertain. Lots to do if you plan to stay home. Pool, billiards, games, TVs everywhere, etc. Lots to do if you want to explore...nearby restaurants, shopping, boating, golf, etc. You will love it here.

Beautiful home, beautiful view. Chefs kitchen with every tool imaginable. Beds were incredibly comfortable, only beat by the even more comfy sofa. Looking forward to coming back.

Everything was great ! Very quick responses everything matched the description nice backyard views.

The home was very spacious allowing our bigger group some privacy if they wanted it but yet large gathering areas to all come together. The property had beautiful views of the lake and the biggest hot tub/Lap pool that I have ever been in. We really enjoyed the property and if ever back in Gainesville we would definitely come back. The host was very responsive and answered any questions or issues we may have had during the stay. Note that this home definitely had sufficient kitchenware to be right at home! We had a great 8 day stay

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house! It was perfect for our family—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The view of the lake was so serene, and we loved spending time outside soaking it all in. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking meals a breeze. It truly felt like a home away from home. The peaceful setting and thoughtful touches throughout the house made our trip extra special. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway, and we’d love to stay here again!

This was a perfect stay for the tournament we were in town for. The host was extremely helpful the entire trip. The communication and hospitality was above and beyond 5 stars. They quickly responded when we were looking for something in the home and they were so helpful. Great place! We’d definitely book it again!

Great place! Would definitely stay here again! So so clean and I’m kind of a clean but, so that made me feel right at home. The fireplace outside was so peaceful at night. The beds were comfy. Very inviting place!

I cannot say enough great things about this property. We arrived to the most beautiful house in a location that was utterly perfect! This home has absolutely everything you would need, essentially just show up with food and clothes! The beds were all VERY comfortable, soft linens, plenty of pillows and well put together. The living areas were cozy & comfortable. Games, items to enjoy the lake, outdoor areas, fire-it for s'mores were all a bonus. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely every thing you would need. The countertop icemaker was my daughters favorite feature! Our kids enjoyed the kayaks, paddleboards and floats. We enjoyed a glass of wine while watching them! Easy communication & great host. You could not ask for a better house! Thank you for the best stay! We will definitely be back!

Excellent place to stay. Easy to find with plenty of room to park. We had 5 trucks and 2 boat trailers. It is a steep climb back from the boat dock but worth it.

Tania was a great host. 2 bedroom one bathroom looked just like the pictures. This is a fully remodeled and updated “basement” level of a home. Nice neighborhood. Worked okay for the one night we needed it! Comfortable king size beds. Everything in the house was very clean. One thing that would have been helpful was more kitchen supplies. Tania quickly brought us dish towels and paper towels upon request..we went out and bought our own dish soap, which was not a big deal. Espresso machine with kpods were nice, as well as some bottled water in the fridge. Thanks for hosting us!

House was stunning and very comfortable. The backyard is an oasis of tranquility. There was plenty of space for our adult family. We had dinner in the screened in porch every night and played games around the kitchen table. The lake water was really clean and had movement in it. The dock has lots of shade on the bottom and full sun on top. I can’t say enough about it. I highly recommend!!!

Beautiful place for a weekend gateway close to Lake Lanier! Our family had a great time and will definitely look to return in the future. The game room, hot tub, and fire pit were great amenities. We also loved the peace and quiet in the backyard!

Great host. House if perfect for a vacation at the lake.

We enjoyed our time at the cute casita. It was very clean and homey. The backyard has lights that cast a cozy look over the back deck and yard at night. The house is not far from lots of restaurants and coffee shops and shopping. Beds are firmer and pillows a little flat, so if you prefer a more substantial pillow, bring one. It’s not a deal breaker. Snacks and Keurig cups are provided. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms. 😊 There is a lovely wooded area behind the backyard. Neighborhood is quiet. A desk in the second bedroom for working. This bedroom has a daybed with a trundle. The master bedroom has a queen. Hangers provided along with iron and ironing board. 😁 The kitchen appliances include fridge, stove, and microwave, but there is no dishwasher. We really enjoyed our time in this very clean house. 😊

The home was perfect in every way. The furniture and decor were fantastic, it was very clean, Heather was very thoughtful with endless special touches and detailed communication throughout. Everything was perfect and in an idyllic setting. Location was 5 minutes from friends — so that was also very convenient. I also LOVED the warm seat in the master bedroom. That is on my wish list! This was a great location for a weekend trip to the lake. Very accessible from Atlanta. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Nice location to access local restaurants, grocery stores, and the various sites of Gainesville nearby. Home was comfortable and clean. There was an included pack and play, high chair, and life jackets for kids that worked well for our little family.
