Phil & Erin have thought of everything, down to the popcorn. We also got a kick out of the “trash fairy” service!! What a great perk!! The amenities of the complex were very nice - we enjoyed the pool and the fitness center. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook; the bathroom included shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We had a great, relaxing week!!

This stay was everything I hoped for and more! The space was absolutely beautiful — clean, cozy, and so thoughtfully designed. The neighborhood was peaceful and super walkable, which made it easy to relax and explore. Taylour was an incredible host: responsive, professional, and clearly cares about creating a great experience. This spot made it straight to my favorites tab — I’ll definitely be booking again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for comfort, style, and good vibes!

Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The place was very clean and loved the coffee in the morning! It’s about 1 mile from the stadium and I was expecting it to be just a little bit closer. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with! I would definitely recommend.

This was a very nice place to stay. The host got back to me extremely quickly. Every time I had a question for him. The next time I’m in the Atlanta area I will definitely look to stay at this place again.

Hannah’s place was exactly as described! It was an easy drive downtown to lots of restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable, and it was the perfect place for my friends and me. Hannah was also always responsive and friendly!

Amazing hosts & perfect condo. Very comfortable, had everything I needed and more. Bed was extremely comfortable. Workspace provided. I met Trish & Bobby and they are amazing, I would rent from them again anyday. I felt very safe, in a very safe part of Atlanta in Brookhaven, grocery store, wine, mall, yoga, etc are all winin 1-5 minutes driving distance away. You could walk to the grocery store easily and Starbucks in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

Kylie was a great host with excellent communication skills throughout my 20-day stay. She responded to questions within the hour and proactively informed me of building services (e.g., fire extinguisher check) so that I could plan accordingly. The condo was equipped with everything that I needed for an extended stay. My only callout is that the location is extremely convenient to shopping, dining, access to interstates —- but that convenience comes with extra traffic noise during the day, so just be mindful (in case you’re expecting quiet 24/7.). Nice job Kylie!

The house itself was great and really clean. The location was close to the lake and close enough to town to do anything you need or want to do. The host was super helpful and was quick to respond to messages. Karen was friendly and very helpful! The space was exactly what we needed for our big number of people, and it didn’t feel like we were cramped. It was a great stay!

We had a wonderful time unwinding for the weekend and the lake house. On our second night there, we had a pretty significant storm come through which took out the power. Sherri was very responsive and willing to bring flashlights and candles to insure we were able to continue enjoying our stay! While the power was out, one of the neighbors was telling us that they have lived there for several years and have never had it go out, so it is an uncommon occurance. I would highly recommend staying at this lake house and will consider coming back for sure!

very nice house, very comfortable

I stayed with a group of 8 friends for a wedding in Sugar Hill and this was the perfect setup for us all to spend time together & we fit comfortably. House was very clean and felt safe. Every single bed was very comfortable which is a huge plus! There were also multiple steamers, a thoughtful addition for all of us getting our wedding attire ready! Great stay, would recommend.
